lack of communication from seller

hello,
i ordered a car guard from jbm wreckers Salisbury in Adelaide , 3 weeks ago .
i have contacted the company speaking to the owner about the part and he assured me, he would get it sorted and sent .
i sent a text to him yesterday asking if he had done this, but i have had no reply.
i payed $110 and wanted to arrange posted but they are not communicating with me on this matter.
what do i do now??
we are still waiting on this part to fix the car.

Ordered part

Ordered part. Instructed to email to arrange freight ..NO REPLY. Phoned through and was told I would recieve an email or call later in the day ..NO CONTACT RECEIVED. Further emial sent...NO REPLY. Complete waste of time. I anticpate that following this feedback I will still recieve no explanation. :-(
