Bought the sewing pattern twice as it didnt work the first time , actually forgot it didnt work thought it had expired, but when I tried to redeem i remembered the same thing happend last time, you cant redeem the website doesn't exist!!! I purchased a course online the link isn't valid when I contacted the company that I purchased the voucher they told me to contact the course provider but the course provider website is not valid either..

No way to redeem!

Purchased a course from Holly and Hugo online on living social. Paid for the purchase, went to redeem however the website doesn’t exist. Really poor on both parts as I was excited to do this course!! No refund, no communication & not made aware it doesn’t exist when purchased

Purchased a Groupon voucher for a pet…

Purchased a Groupon voucher for a pet grooming course. Holly and Hugo switched their website to an international course website and was never able to use the voucher to download the course. Purchased on Apr 13, 2024 and expired on Oct 10, 2024. Order # 1590805257. The IOC website does not have a course named "One Ultimate Guide to Dog Grooming Course"

Dreadful

Dreadful. Bought a wowcher for Clothes and Craftsvfor your pet. But Holly and Hugo website takes you to another site. International open academy. What a joke. Put in the code and surprise....its not recognised. Total scam. No course. Money wasted.

Doesn't work

I purchased an online dog grooming course using Wowcher. I followed the instructions to redeem my code and the link sent me to International Open Academy site. I set up an account but the course was not on there and when searching, the site says the course does not exist. When I tried to redeem the code with the provided link, it kept saying 'incorrect username and password' despite me just setting up the account. I've literally just paid for this course and set up an account so why is there an issue.

I purchased course from Wowcher Doggy Dessert chef. It took me to international open academy. Course doesn’t even exist there. So I tried to contact email address that show to contact Liam holly and Hugo.Email was undeliverable because email address doesn’t exist. So don’t buy it. It’s a scam

I purchased a code for the Pet First…

I purchased a code for the Pet First Aid course using Wowcher. I followed the instructions sent via email to redeem the code. After clicking the link via email it asked me to register with IOC - I registered. When I tried to redeem the code via the email link it said 'incorrect username or password' but the password was not incorrect. When I went to reset the password it asked for my email, I entered my email and it said that the account doesn't exist. I went to re register and it said I couldn't use my email because the account DOES exist. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can't wait to be passed from pillar to post trying to get this sorted. I can already hear the 'that is to do with IOC, not us' and 'that is to do with Holly and Hugo, not us'. Ridiculous

I am a bit bemused as to why we have to pay for a certificate though. I understand if I want it posting but the course was online?
so I thought I would have got a PDF certificate upon completion.

I liked that it was quick

I liked that it was quick. I did NOT like the measurements for treatments and medications were given in Metrics and not Ounces-oz , Teaspoon-ts, Tablespoon-tbs, etc. It appears your course/company is European based. Here in America we do NOT use the metric system. You would be well advised to make adjustments for both and keep ALL of your clients in mind and not just the ones that use the metric system.

My new puppy was 16 weeks

My new puppy was 16 weeks. No socializing unless with litter. He has taken the training tips and so far excelled. Currently training at 18 weeks.

The videos are informative, easy to follow and keeps your interest.
