Wish I had read reviews before this order. Shirt ordered in June and still not here in July. They provided a fake tracking number, and the customer service number is a recording. Absolute waste of time and money.

Very happy, I have another order on the way can’t wait to get it!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. This company is ridiculous. No customer service, no communication. Fail from start to finish. Do not waste your time with this company as they appear to just like to steal money and not explain anything.

I ordered a t-shirt on June 10th. Today is July 18th (almost 6 weeks later) and I still haven’t received it! The phone number is just a generic recorded message and you can’t talk to anyone. I can’t figure out how to get my order or find out when it will arrive. When I check my order status online, it just says that my order is “printing.” It’s been 6 weeks! I should have it! It’s like they just wanted to steal my money! Very unprofessional and I am not satisfied!

So I ordered a shirt over a month ago and still haven’t gotten it even though originally said it would ship out between 5-15 days. I needed it for a party which already passed and i found it on amazon for cheaper. Beware: They dont give refunds unless the item is damaged so now i got to either have to sell it when i get it or be stuck with 2 of the same shirts. NEVER buying from this site again.

Advertised get it for for Father's Day so I ordered a tshirt for my partner on the 30th May. It turned up 11th July so obviously late. Quality seems ok and my partner liked it. Wont order from hollygoodtee again as it shouldn't take that long to process an order

Ordered a fathers day hoodie on may 30th. Processed on may 31st and took my money that day. Reviews said they were about a week delayed bc of covid so i expected that. Well june 19th came around and i got antsy. Emailed them from their 4 premade email options inquiring about my order status. They said id get it by june 29th. June 30th rolls around so i emailed about my missing order. The replied that you cant ask about orders that you never got because they are not missing and i would get it by june 29th!!!! It had already passed!!! So i tried to cancel it and they said no cancellations allowed because it was processed, which it automatically was when i ordered it! Trying to get my money back through my credit card but they dont think they can help. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. I wish i had taken that advice.

Don’t buy a shirt here. The quality is really bad and it’s not worth the price. Seriously

I ordered 2 things from HollyGoodTee from a Father's Day Facebook ad in May. One for Father's Day and one random thing. Guess which one came on time? Today (July 9th) I'm still waiting for Father's Day stuff I ordered in May. Needless to say, Father's Day was ruined. I cried because I had nothing to give and because of Covid, my options were limited to online. I really chose the wrong place to order gifts. At this point, I am moving in 2 weeks and just hope I ever get this stuff at all.

The product quality is fine, it's just regular screen-printed t-shirts, nothing special, so the price is rather high, and given this stuff is supposed to be cheap and fast, I paid a lot for it and have waited so damn long, I wish I could just get a refund at this point.

TL;DR: This stuff is okay if you have no timeline and don't mind paying a higher than average price.

The shirt was perfect ty. I cant wait to get more !

This company sucks I swear . I ordered a shirt on May 27th and here it is July 6th still no shirt. system says it was shipped but tracking number fake as hell just like this company. Will be filing a fraud charge with my bank first thing in the morning. You suck hollygoodtee a bunch of scam artists hope you guys go bankrupt

Ordered on June 3rd. It is now July 6th and still no shirt. I have inquired via email to them 3 times with ZERO response as to a time frame of when my product will arrive. At this point I may flag them on my credit card to get my money back. I do not know what else to do. Reading through the recent reviews I guess I'm not the only one. Why would they put Ads on Facebook to sell tshirts if they cant keep up?? COVID is no excuse. If it is then they need to halt the ads and shut down the ability for people to purchase until they get back to working in a timely fashion again. Way to hurt your own business during COVID by not making the right business decisions...

I ordered a t-shirt for my dad, as a father's day present, 2 weeks in advance of father's day (this SHOULD HAVE been enough time for my item to arrive). However, it is now 1 month later, several weeks past father's day, and my item has still not arrived, nor has it shipped (It is also late in shipping based on the latest date they said it would ship by). So, either this company is a scam, or it has absolutely terrible customer service and shipping policies. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, spend your money elsewhere, and if you have another option, please use that instead.

I ordered 3 shirts for me and my family on June 3rd, they said 5-15 business days now it’s July 3rd I’m yet to get them, you guys r unprofessional! Your company sucks 👎🏾

If I could rate this a negative star I would! More than disappointed with the product. Bought this as a gift and would never ever give it to them after seeing it. The print was off center and the t-shirt was oversized. I attempted to get a refund and I can't. They are making a new shirt and sending that. I DON'T WANT a shirt .. I want my money back! I've tried to contact someone, anyone at Hollygood Tee but it's impossible. Continue to get automatic email replies and only a recording on their "customer service line". I am more than disappointed!

I totally understand Covid delays. It was clear on their website that there were delays. However, I ordered on May 28 for Father's Day from a Facebook ad campaign and my order confirmation said it would ship in 5 to 15 days. (The website now says 5 to 20 days.) Now that my order has moved to printing, that page says 10 to 20 days. Why on Earth would you push an ad campaign if you can't fullfil by the holiday you are selling items for? Never ordering from them again.

Ordered a shirt that was advertised for Father’s Day at the beginning of June and it still says it hasn’t been printed yet. Asked for a refund and they blamed covid. I get it but that’s been going on for a while and that’s no longer valid when I inquire and a week later still not printed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. they said it can be up to two weeks for a refund. But they didn’t wait 2 weeks to take my money.

It is impossible to contact this sham of a company. Both the phone number and e-mail contact options require an order number. But, I DON'T HAVE an order number, as they never sent a confirming e-mail. However, they sure debited my debit card the same day I placed the order. NEVER AGAIN.
