There is no chance of winning really. After some time your games just doesn't pay out anymore. Understanding the fact that there is a chance you may lose but not with every single deposit. The Rtp is rigged you guys just scam people out of their money..you can never put in money and atleast win free spins, but no they don't even let you win nothing...this is a scam..no matter how many different games you try...I'm so utterly disappointed in hollywoodbets....

On the 3rd of July I bought free spins from booming games, then it got stuck and never opened for me to utilise the free spins that I bought. Then I contacted them, I have spoken to more than 20 consultants, sent more than 30 emails asking them to resolve the issue. I’m extremely disappointed with Hollywoodbets. My account was suspended without any warning or explanation, and I still have money in the account that I can’t access. I’ve contacted support multiple times and have received no clear answers or resolution.
It’s unacceptable to block a user without notice and then offer no real assistance. This has caused a lot of frustration, and I feel completely ignored. I trusted this platform, but this experience has shown a serious lack of transparency and accountability. I just want access to my funds and a proper explanation. Very poor service.

They are paying out very small amounts but bigger deposits and bigger bets will eat your money. No decent wins even with regular bigger deposits and bigger bets. So there is no use trying your luck.

My experience with Hollywoodbets has been nothing but a nightmare. I made a deposit and accidentally entered the wrong account number. I immediately contacted support, and instead of helping me resolve it, they kept piling on the most ridiculous list of documents and requirements you can imagine.

First they wanted a bank statement — which I sent. Then they refused it because it was in Afrikaans — a legal and official language in South Africa! Since when is your own country’s language not good enough for proof?

I tried again with the correct account number and even that deposit never showed in my Hollywoodbets account. Again, I was asked for affidavits, certified ID, screenshots, payment confirmations, proof from my bank, and more. It’s like they’re doing everything possible to avoid giving me my own money back.

I’m tired of being treated like a criminal for trying to use their platform. The support is not helpful, just copy-paste responses and new demands each time you reply.

I’ve wasted time, money, and effort. No other betting site I’ve used has ever made such a mess out of a simple deposit.

Hollywoodbets, get your act together. South Africans deserve better than this.

Terrible service, they give you the run around for documentation if you don't put correct reference number, even if you send POP ETC. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

My account was suspended after trying to make a withdrawal , which was declined.
After two weeks of speaking to agents daily telling me my account was being audited and telling me documents I've submitted have been sent to relevant departments ( also assuring me I should not visit one of their branches )
I went to a branch and later the day spoke again to one of the agents to get a follow up. I was notified that my documents were only submitted once I went into the branch.

Very poor service , agents lie to you and don't do their job and also don't seem like they know what their doing
