Hollywoodbets is a scam I bought vouchers on the 6th of November 2024 I tried loading them and they said invailed I called in and was told there was an issue and my query will be sorted out latest 48 hours I called in again after the time period I was told it was sent to a new department I waited again I sent emails and calls up until today the agents keep asking for the same information after I have provided it to them several times I've called and I've been made to run around like a headless chicken 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 my money had been taken but services not rendered I have raised a complaint and no one is even bothered to assist me this is disgusting and totally unfair business practice I chose you guys cause I love the company but now I'm feeling frauded out of my own hard earned money 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔 Per you guys query time frame it's 48 hours how am I still not assist and the same information as if it's copy and past being sent to me 💔💔💔😡😡😡😡

I have registered with hollywoodbets a few years ago now. When you regester everything is amazing. Trust me it all goes to shit. Bad company. Don't play with them. I will never ever recommend them to anyone ever again

Money deposited but now I must wait 24 yo 48 hours I want to play now I have proof of payment and money is off my account. This is not the first time and the help line is not helpful at all.
