FEDEX had trouble the way the package was prepared. Tyler or Taylor corrected this very quickl. Package was delivered the next day after the problem was found. My experience with this company continues to be very good!

I had Doreen as my point of contact who was very helpful and kept me up to date with my order. It arrived in perfect condition and well protected, couldn’t be happier

I contacted customer service to see when my order would ship and Crisitn was a great help! They let me know when my order would ship, arrive and even noticed an error that I made and refunded me a portion of my cost! It was an awesome shopping experience and I look forward to purchasing more memorabilia in the future.

Too many places that value the customer Rich Altman is a pompous putz he tried to belittle me as I watched him yell at other customers and employees. Not a place that you’d want to do business with

I'm a Robert Conrad fan I bought an autographed picture from Hollywood Memorabilia, I got it before they said I would, just stunning, my jaw dropped! They framed it for me, sent it to me, customer service was #1! I will be buying more from them! I have my eye on a couple of things. Comes with true/authentic hologram to ensure authenticity. Purchased an item from Hollywood memorabilia, loved the item but really didnt love the £50 tax and duties invoice i received after a month with no warning.
Extra costs of delivery, shipping and then tax and duties, the items weren't as good a deal as originally thought

I've bought two items on this site so far, and both experiences were great. Simple, fast, and well-run.

And when I faced a delay, Cristin's help was invaluable: it had taken longer than 5 business days to process the order but within a few hours of me sending a follow-up email, I got a tracking number and a message from Cristin saying the item had shipped. And it arrived in perfect condition exactly when she said it would.

Cristin provided excellent assistance after a typo on my part caused issues. She was able to track my purchase and redirect it to the correct address. Great job!

I truly recommend purchasing from this company, Donna from customer service was extremely great and responded to every one of my emails. The item even arrived a day earlier than expected and it’s just as what I ordered with all the certificates of authentication with it, packed well and not a single scratch. Thank you so much!

Do NOT purchase from Hollywood Memorabilia!! I purchased an item that the description was incorrect. Was told I would receive a refund when they received the item back. NEVER got my refund and they have the item back up for sale (with the correct description now)

Really a horrible company. I should have done my research. In my life I think I have only ever left three negative reviews and they are getting one. I ordered a Rene Russo signed photo on Jan 27th 2020 as a valentines gift. I noticed that the description said it was from Tin Cup even though it was 1000% from Thomas Crown Affair. I emailed to make sure they sent the correct COA as I know both movies well. Briana sent an email which made no sense confirming it would have a Tin Cup COA. Ok strike one. After two weeks I have no tracking number or anything. I email again saying I need this for Valentine’s Day. Briana says the item is being being shipped from the manufacturer directly and will ship no later then Feb 12. Mind you I have 3-5 day shipping per their website. So this morning Feb 13 I get an email that my order shipped and will be in Sunday the 16th which does me zero good. Will see if it even has the correct COA. I would never do business with these guys.

Horrible customer service, wouldn't give me tracking information. When they did provide it, it was for someone else. After many emails I came to find out that the item I purchased was sold out. They never bothered to tell me I had to ask. When I looked on their website it showed the same item for sale. They were supposed to have a rep call me so i could possibly get this item because it was an xmas present. Needless to say they never got in contact with me. Funny thing is i went to ebay and got the exact same thing with a COA and it.was cheaper. Processing time took a day verses 2 weeks. Will never buy from this company!

I have just bought a signed foo fighters album which cost me 800 dollars so when the delivery man handed me the parcel i was horrified to see that the package was bent when i opened it up the sleeve had a fold right across the front i find it hard to believe that they would send somthing so precious and valuable in a flimsey cardboard packaging please think twice before buying anything from this company
