Great communication, the earrings I ordered were out of stock so the shop quickly got back to me offering 3 alternatives or a refund. When I explained an alternative wouldn’t do the shop reordered the earrings I wanted and they arrived a few days later. Brilliant customer service, I’m very happy and the earrings were just what I wanted 😊

A Special Place.
This is a really lovely shop in a beautiful village. It stocks a great choice of quality gifts for every occasion. It would be a very hard challenge to come out of this shop without buying something. Great Customer Service with a personal touch
My family and I love this shop, and the Owners and Staff offer a very personal experience. Chloe actually emailed me regarding this purchase (a gift for my Sister), to say that she had delivered my order to the recipient, that no-one was home and indicated where she had left the delivery, whilst also asking me to let them know. Excellent service! Thank you again x

The best gift shop
I love wandering in this gift shop. All the stock can’t be appreciated unless you go in and have a good browse around there are so many beautiful items to see. There is always something new in so It’s impossible to come out empty handed!
The staff are all so friendly and helpful and always have time for a chat.
