Well, it went quick from 5 to 1 star.

It was all nice and 5 starts until something happened to my car and I wanted to use the warranty I have been promised. But it turns out I have warranty until something happens to the car.

I had water in my left daytime running light (LED) because the LED strip was cracked on multiple places. When I was making the deal they promised one year warranty on ALL parts except consumables (tires, brakes, fluids etc...) I don't think a broken LED is a consumable part which u have to replace every once in a while. Whatever, I was back-and-forth with them for MONTHS to try to get it replaced, just so that 20 days before warranty expiration they say that they unfortunately don't cover this in the warranty.

This was the first time ever that I have purchased a car online(without even taking a test drive or for that matter seeing the car itself).
I spotted the car on an online portal and sent out a message. Within minutes I got an email from Claus asking for a call. I called and what struck me was how I was walked through every aspect of the car with ease. In the next 30mins I had applied for the loan and everything was set.
The next day Claus followed up saying that the loan was approved and that he would deliver the car within a week.
He took care of all the tests and as promised delivered the car himself. He then took me for a test drive where he went on to explain the features of the car.
And just like that without having to go anywhere we bought a car.
What I was surprised was that a week later there was a follow up email to check if everything was fine with the car. I have bought a few cars in the past and I haven't seen the kind of service that Holmlandbiler delivered before.
I would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a used car.
