All good, positive experience
My experience with the Holokolo online shop has been positive. They responded to my emails relatively quickly, the ordered goods arrived within a short time, and everything was in perfect order.
Warning! Do not buy at holokolo.de!
I need to warn / caution everyone to buy products in this shop. The return process is very complicated and in my opinion not according to general laws. I still wait for compensation of products I returned ... absolutely not recommended!
Cycling shirt
A year ago I bought a cycling jersey that was torn. I simply gave up on exchanging it when I realized they were trying to scam me. Don't buy anything from them because they don't value their customers. They delay exchanging goods until the exchange deadline is over and stuff like that.

Do not buy from Holokolo
On March 4th, I ordered and paid for two bicycle tires from the Holokolo web store. After not receiving any information about the order for a month, I contacted the seller and asked for information.
They said that they still did not have the paid goods and asked me if I wanted a replacement, which I confirmed. After that, no one contacted me again, until I asked again about the status of the order.
Then I received another email from the seller confirming that they did not have the originally ordered and paid goods. Since then, I have sent several more emails waiting for either the goods to be sent or a refund, but without success.
6 days after order and nothing…
6 days after order and no information besides order confirmation (order is paid). No phone number available for contact, no reply on my email yet...
Edit: goods arrived in the end, all good. Nevertheless highlighting items with longer delivery time would be nice !

First of all, I must say they have terrible customer support. No phone number, just email. You’re lucky if someone even replies to your email.
I ordered a bicycle jersey. On their site, it said "available in 3 days." I waited for a month—nothing. I sent them an email—no response. I sent another email, and finally, someone replied, saying the jersey would be sent next week. I waited another week, and then they told me the jersey was not available. WTF???

No delivery, no feedback
What a dissapointment! It will be soon 1 month since I have sent an order and I still haven´t received the item. And I cannot reach anybody. I tried to reach them by mail, by phone and also sent them a message on Facebook. I haven´t experienced so bad customer support until now. This was my first order and I am sure the last one, as well. Its so unprofessional. If I happen to receive an order these days, I'm already scared that I'll have to return it. I can't imagine how they deal with returns.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed, I bought a pair of cycling pants and they were not like the picture on the website, I finally decided to return them, what happened next pissed me off, I followed the instructions on the website to the return procedure and I was going to receive a confirmation email with a form that I had to fill out and put in the package of pants. I went through all the steps and what can you see, the confirmation email no longer appears and instead I was contacted by someone who was not from the official website telling me that from the yahoo mail case I cannot send my return confirmation and that there is no need for that email and I can write on a piece of paper the account in which to return the money and send the package with one of the three courier companies approved by them. I arrived at the courier, I paid the shipping for the return and what can you see, after 14 days the money arrives, only that it was less than what I paid...
I have a very bad experience
I have a very bad experience - I ordered a lot of things from them. When I wanted to return the one and only product, they first lost it, then after 2 months of searching, they refused to refund me, but I was returning the intact jacket. Horrible, I will never order from them again! I do not reccomend this page.

When I returned two cycling pants
When I returned two cycling pants, they only refunded me for one. For the second piece, they claimed that they had not received it. After one year of negotiations, I did not get a fair refund. The phone number advertised on the website (Slovenia) is not active. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed.
Unclear tax information
It is hazy of who is actually selling the items. Several companies are listed on the invoices. It is impossible to get the VAT back due to disinformation. Asked customer service about it and they did not respond. This company is fishy.
Charged for cancelled order!!
On Tuesday, May 21st, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled. Despite this, on May 22nd, an amount of 1315 DKK (approximately 176 EUR) was charged to my account.
Since then, I have received no updates, no order confirmation, and no tracking information for the items I have now paid for - but I assume I will not be receiving. This is very frustrating and unprofessional.
Due to this experience, I have decided to make my purchase elsewhere. I hope Holokolo.com addresses these issues promptly and improves their service for future customers.

No warranty
I orderer 3 Santini items. Sent 2 back immedietly because their quality was very poor, not what I expected for the price and brand. The third one ripped by the pockets after 3 months of use. I sent it back and they blamed me, because “the material is very delicate not fit for overpacking the pockets” which they assumed I did. I suspect that they are selling replica clothing, because Santini shouldnt break like that.
It takes weeks to get refund money…
It takes weeks to get refund money back. It took me 1.5 months and PayPal to get 120+ EUR back of my money as the vendor was not able to refund me for the returned items I sent back. Very poor customer experience. Holokolo was not even answering once on my emails.
