Happy Holos customer after 10 sessions on the app
I have been using Holos now for 10 sessions. I am on the Athletic Development plan 2 sessions per week. I use these sessions to complement my running program as I am looking to gain strength in a way that will ensure I do not get injured while training for a marathon.
The things I love about it is the way the program is customised for the equipment I have access to, the plan is also able to be quickly amended by my online coach for any injuries I have to avoid exacerbating them.
The videos are excellent and without them I am sure I would get the technique wrong.
