Good service. I have 3 accounts of 3 there, and I am quite happy with the service, the support and the app (both for browser and for mobile).

I have been using Holvi since June 2022 and I am very satisfied with the process. Can be a trick to not have a physical bank in certain circumstances but for a small business like mine, is definitely not a big deal.
Some accountant companies in Finland mention that they don't like the way they get the information from the bank but my current accountant has no issue with that and never complained to me about anything.
I open out of necessity as most banks are not interested in small businesses and take way too long to approve a business account but now, I don't even consider moving to a "tradicional" bank. In fact, I wish my personal account was also from Holvi.

Holvi is my savior in my Business.Some banks in Finland they rejected my applications in opening a Business Account.Thank you also to my Accountant who introduce me Holvi in a minute i have already my business account..I can check all the income /and expenses in my company very easy to use whenever i go around.It was convenient to use.No hassle in one place no switching application..Thank you again..Keep up the good work Holvi Team..

Holvi is made for Entrepreneurs and it's keep its promises. I am using Holvi since 4 years and o am very satisfied with their service. It's easy to use and it is secured.

Easy usage is absolutely the best advantage for Holvi, as well the easily founded and managed online store.

Holvi is so far the only bank that has not disappointed me, let's hope they keep it at that. They really made up their minds what you need as a business, not going to get into all the details here, but it really saves me lots of bureaucracy and keeps accounting costs low.

The only things missing:
- Allow others to make transfers which I can/have to give permission for, so that invoices can be paid by employees, for example
- The credit card was announced years(?) ago ?
- The acceptance of crypto money is unclear, that's why I'm not touching any of it with this account.

Holvi is for me as a freelancer startup simple, user friendly and if I have a question, their people in the chat usually help me right away

We bought a restaurant last year. All the big banks in Finland: OP, Nordea especially refused to open a bank account for us to operate the restaurant. We don’t have any credit marking - me and my wife - no credit problems but Finnish banks refused to open an account for us. Holvi did and Fortunately, business is going so well. When we bought the restaurant, we had like 50 customers a day. Now we have like 80 customers per day. So if Holvi doesn’t exist in Finland, imagine how life would have been for smaller entrepreneurs struggling to survive. Thanks for Your operations.

Very satisfied with the services I get from Holvi. It is easy to use both on the computer and on a mobile device.

So… a bit of a mixed feelings about Holvi tbh. Firstly… the usual things you are dealing as transfers and receiving money is one of the best… we are based in Austria and using it for small business. Easy and fast sending and receiving money. The biggest thing that I personally got hooked was the invoice issuing and tracking. If you have an online store and using any type of software that charges you a fee for a transaction made trough their platform you will see it a bit of an issue. Holvi allows you to issue invoices that has to be transferred to your account in the exact amount otherwise there will be no option for you to mark an invoice as paid and it will say that the invoice is Partly Paid. So if you are doing your accounting this will ruin your Bookkeeping. Another issue I find with this is that if your customer paid let’s say via PayPal or in cash you still have to transfer the money to your Holvi account as the invoice at some point will show up as Overdue because no Customer will transfer money again… Either you have to transfer money from your personal account there in order to clear it or it will stay as unpaid… You can use another way of issuing an invoices but than the invoices won’t be the same… also sequencing will can be ruined and this leads to “pleasant” talks with the tax authorities. Overall, there should be some updates soon and they say that are working constantly on getting better (and a bit more expensive) but let’s see if this will change the Invoice functions.

The customer service is pretty fast and nice. They really try to help.

It just works - no glitches, no nonsense.

It's a great service, but there are still crucial features missing from the Zen Plan, such as:
- EU VAT claims to be handled as part of the service, so small entrepreneurs can get that money back easily on any intra-community purchases without having to deal with this themselves.
- International sales to be allowed for Zen users at the Online Store + related EU and global VAT reporting handled as part of the service
- Accepting EUR payments from outside the SEPA countries + payments made in non-EUR currencies to arrive at our EUR based Holvi accounts
- Payment schedules
- Online payments for invoices / Connecting payment processors + accounting and VAT handling fully covered
