Holvi is a life saver for my business
Holvi is a life saver for my business, seriously. hands down finally some people made up their mind about what you might actually need. especially the possibility of giving others read-only access.
What I'm still heavily missing:
- Allow people with read-only-access to prepare payments which I can approve or reject in the UI any time or on my phone in realtime.
- The promised credit card
- A clear statement of whether transfers from/to crypto exchanges are allowed or not

I have had a great customer support so…
I have had a great customer support so far and a fast response time. The service is great. Would love to have some more extra features added to the system like a PayPal or Stripe Integration. Something that would make the transactions happen much faster. That would be incredible.

Is my second time having a business account with Holvi, and all i can say is fast and accurate service support, very practical Bookkeeping tools to keep track of business transactions, salary maker from the Holvi App itself, e-invoice services, everything in one package.

Avoid them at all cost - no reliable business partner. Sudden price changes - last one by 50%!!!!
Holvi has been a nice bank for small businesses - having a free account with just those little functions someone might need for a small business - SEPA-transactions, credit card.
In 2021 they changed the smallest account from free to 6EUR/month, probably calculating that most free users would try to avoid the hassle of setting up an account elsewhere.
For 6 EUR I can get an account at a "normal" bank around here - with empoyees I can talk to, with atm around the corner and not "just online"
Today the they dropped the bomb that they rise their prices from 6EUR/month to 9EUR/month by Jan 1st 2023 - thats a 50 % increase.
I don't need that new "features" - I just need an account with SEPA and creditcard - exactly what there has been in the beginning.
So no, thanks - this is not how a reliable partner acts around its customers. On my way to the trustful bank around the corner again - I'll get an account there for way less than 9EUR/month!

Highly recommended
Highly recommended, though the service prices are high for given services, but I prefer it over other banks for ease of use. I have Pro account and I find it easy to use. Several services can be added like LC operations like inbound& outbound, trade insurances but I think it's a long shot for them to go to such extend.

The holvi account I signed up for was supposed to be free and then they started charging a monthly fee to keep my money with them. Kinda ridiculous given that they don't pay any interest on the cash they hold (clearly keeping interest as well). Mistake to setup a holvi account. Would recommend against it.
