Lying about the terms and conditions; they claim you can open an account in several countries but they discriminate against customers (cannot live in other EU countries). Extremely rude and incompetent customer service. AVOID; AVOID; AVOID!!

I was using Holvi for my Investment vehicle (UG). I am certain that I filled out all required information when I signed up 3 years ago. They recently sent me an email inquiring about a lot of information about my account, investments, etc. Because I don't use the account very frequently, I didn't read their email immediately. They have now terminated my contract and are closing my account.

No other bank has ever asked me this many questions about the activity of my company or holding.

makes it a nightmare for GmbH to do the bookkeeping.

There are no plans in changing this - we changed to a different bank

It is an agile and user-friendly platform for small businesses. The user interface is simple to use, and the objects are straightforward. If you are just starting your business, rather than dealing with several paper works and bureaucracy for a bank account, I recommend you open a Holvi business account.
The features are advancing, but I personally anticipate many more, such as proforma invoicing, extra detailed bookkeeping features, and so on. Unfortunately, bookkeeping is not automatically provided for Limited-type companies, and third-party Holvi-trusted bookeeping companies mainly offer services in Finnish, not English! I am hopeful that Holvi will be able to resolve these shortages in the near future.

This company stole my money. Be very carefull, lot's of empty promises.

Bad customer service. Steady increase in money you have to pay, but therefore the customer get less service in exchange. Price/ service is as far away from good as possible. Use an other bank if possible.
On the front they try to look like they are interested in the customer but the couldn’t care less. Just take a look at the other reviews here. If the review is positive they responde. If you say something critical they ignore you instead of trying to find a solution…

A little rigid in matching invoices, so from now untill forever the app expects money that is overpayed under another invoice number, but other than that, great service!

Had a lot of issues with payments appearing and disappearing. Due to this I payed my taxes twice almost sending me into financial debt. Also a very expensive bank for one that used to be free.

what are some of you complaining...haha trying verification for a year now with legit docs for one of my companies. never was able to open one account.i give up

Holvi is one of the best Fintech options you can find. This is a cheap and good service if you need an online bank account, they have a very good live chat always ready to help you.

Phone app and web site just work, and contain the everydays thing I need. Using the account for over 3 years I never thought about contacting support. I wish all banks be like this.
