Ordered a mug for my husband's birthday and one for myself. Both arrived super quickly and were excellent quality. I use mine daily and wash it frequently, not one chip or blemish in the text! I'm not gentle on mugs either! Can't recommend highly enough, if I could award 10 stars I would!

Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. I've waited 47 days for a mug I ordered in November. Left messages all over their Facebook page, emails, Instagram message, tweeted at them. Got a response on January 5th that they would send a replacement but that was 11 days ago and still nothing.

Absolute horror of a company.

Ordered a mug on the 18/12/17 and it has still not been received (11/01/18).
I have sent two Emails chasing my order and have not had a reply despite their daily presence on their Facebook page.
Thankfully I paid by PayPal so yesterday I opened a dispute. I have not yet received a reply but noticed this evening that my order status has changed to ‘on hold’.
Unsure what is going on with this company but communication is non-existent and I can only assume they do not care about their customers.
Previous reviews show my experience is not an isolated incident.
Very disappointed and frustrated to not have received this Christmas present and to be out of pocket.

zero communication while clearly posting on facebook page. also ordered item on 26th november for their black friday sale and still no item/ communication/refund. its gone beyond just disappointment at not being able to gift the item i ordered to sheer anger they are now rolling out new products. please avoid ! other companies do products like this . giving small businesses a bad name.

No communication, no goods, empty generic promises of delivery before Christmas on Facebook and still no sign of them on 29th December. No response to enquiries, do not order.
