The jewellery they make are absolutely stunning. I had a little problem with a ring I bought but the customer service team were quick to answer and solve it.

I had the most delightful experience with this company recently. I was in need of a pin to connect my watch band to the face after it dislodged and was lost. Not only did Holzkern respond to my email quickly but the replacement part arrived express delivery at no expense to me. My most favorite watch was back on my wrist within a week!

Disappointed with Quality and Service

I was happy with my Holzkern watch at first — it looked great. But just two weeks in, I dropped it once and the glass shattered. For the price, I expected better durability.

Customer service initially seemed helpful and sent a return form. But once they got the watch, they refused a refund and told me I had to pay €75 for repairs — or they’d just send it back untouched.

Overall, poor quality and unhelpful service. I wouldn’t recommend buying from Holzkern.

I love my bandlet, it’s amazing quality, feels like there’s an energy to the components, the customer is amazing, Quick response and I ordered to the UK so quick Holzkern you are the best 😊

Good experience

I have the Skadi women's waterproof watch. It's comfortable to sleep in and was easy to remove some links from when my weight changed. But the best part... I accidentally put it through the washing machine last night on a 30-degree 800 spin and it still works!! I'm so impressed, it came out ticking and is still keeping perfect time. I don't recommend trying this yourself, but when they say waterproof they aren't messing around.

Customer service has been outstanding, terrific follow-up and product received is stunning.

Communication was great and they were so keen to help me resolve the issue and make sure it wasn't long till I had my item with me once again. Thank you

I just wanted to provide some feedback of the support case where Holzkern helped me to fix my bracelet (it was my fault to break it). I received the spare parts and tools some days after my request and after replacing the damaged parts, the bracelet was fully renewed.

Best customer support I've ever been in contact with!

Unfortunately the first watch we ordered broke in the first few months but when putting a claim in a new watch was sent promptly to replace the old one which was very simple and easy to do. Great customer service and easy to communicate any issues.

I wanted to return the product so contacted CS to find out how to do it since they do not provide a return label.
I was given no info, only the links to their website.
All the info on the website is made in the way so the customer can’t return a product. It is not clear and confusing, and customer support is so useless.
I wasted so much time returning the product, that ridiculous.
Eventually, they sent back the money, didn’t even expect that.

Sunglasses quality is questionable. Better add up a bit and buy RayBan.

The product is really beautiful and as described on the website. The customer service department are super efficient and helpful, providing a personalised and high level service. I am very happy with the service and product- thank you and I recommend this company!

Lost the bezel to my watch contacted Holzkern & despite initial courier problems the company sorted it out & I had a new bezel in 24 hours from me contacting them over the problem.

Just purchased my 3rd, love everyone of them the support after sale from Holzkern has been exceptional.
