I've bought a beautiful bandlet here.
After wearing it for a time during winter i noticed with the summer weather it was a bit thight (even on max size)

Holzkern happily send me a extra link and now i can enjoy and shine with my bandlet with a nice loose fit.

There was a mix-up with the order which was sorted very fast and effective by the team. The bracelet looked the same as it was pictured on the website. Product came in a nice box and my wife loved it.

PRODUCT: I was very impressed with the bracelet I ordered for my husband. It even surpasses the pictures on the Holzkern website. It is definitely a quality piece. The packaging was just as impressive with a wooden engraved box and cork like cushion. It also comes with extra sections and tools to enlarge or shorten the piece. It would easily fit most any man.
SERVICE: I used the Service Form on their website hoping to connect with someone to talk through a couple questions I had. The response was timely, curtious, and personal! This is a first rate company.

Just a quick note on the excellent customer service of Holzkern. I had an issue with the closing bracket of my bandlet. Contacted customer service to order a replacement bracket, thinking i'd need to pay for it. But.. i swiftly got a replacement part shipped to me free of charge!

Furthermore a note on the quality of their items. I have 3 Holzkern bandlets in total and enjoy wearing them every day. Nice, high quality bandlets!

My bracelet was too short even with the supplied extra links. I contacted the Holzkern team and they sent me some additional links. My bracelet now fits perfectly. Thank you to the Holzkern team. The service was superb!

I ordered with an express delivery in 1-2 days. After 1 week still not there. It was for an anniversary gift so very important to me. Not possible to get in touch by phone, no customer support at all and the same goes for FedEx. If I would have known I would have ordered somewhere else. A pitty really.

After a few months the bracelet came off. The “pin” had fallen out. After explaining the situation Holzkern sent me a new lock. Service at his best!

I ordered the blue marble, stainless steel, men’s bracelet for my best friend’s 40th birthday. The first one was stolen during shipping but a second one was shipped immediately and still arrived on his birthday. He was very happy with the gift and described it as, “slender, understated, and elegant - just how I like things - not like a chunky, American style men’s bracelet.” I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

After 7 months of nonstop wear the marble insert in a necklace fell out and was lost. Customer services arranged for a full replacement to be sent without quibble which was excellent

I'm genuinely impressed by the quality and design of the bracelet—absolutely love it! I easily removed three links, and now it fits perfectly on my wrist. It also came with extra parts and a beautiful wooden box, which adds such a nice touch. A stunning piece of jewellery and a perfect gift idea!

A few years ago my wife bought me one of your watches, I think for Christmas or birthday. However we were never happy with the watch. This is the message she originally sent about the original watch

"We previously had an issue with the strap but had decided to overlook that & put up with the screw not being entirely flush. However now the actual watch isn't working at all. The knob for setting the time/date etc is really shoddy. It doesn't push in & out properly, it won't stay in all the time & feels quite poor really. When it was working, the second hand was going round slower than our other watches, now it's just stopped working entirely. It's just a very expensive bracelet! Feeling very disappointed, especially as when we were having trouble with the strap, it took ages to get a response from you & I had to keep messaging (which I could really do without wasting my time)."

Eventually you agreed to give us credit for another watch and I chose another and she paid more money (a total of £700). Order number 20242005275 Unfortunately the marble face of the replacement has only one marbled line in it so it just looks like it has a crack in it. However this isn't the reason I am writing today. The watch mechanism never kept its charge very well (both my sons have the same mechanism in their Seiko watches and these keep their charge well - I chose your one because I had a Seiko kinetic for 18 years before it stopped working) so I sent it away recently and had the capacitor replaced. Unfortunately now the strap has disintegrated - I cannot find the piece that has gone AWOL

So now I am getting a very poor view of your brand - watches which don't keep time, are badly made and have straps that break and at ridiculously high prices? Is there anything you want to do for me?
