Absolutely awful customer service and assistance. They charged me $380 without notice and when I asked for a refund immediately after seeing the charge (minutes as I saw it went thru) as I do not use the website they said - “It is also the user's responsibility to keep up with subscription renewals and to check/cancel subscription renewals.” When I asked where is the notification prior to charging me …. No justification. Definitely do not want anyone to experience this terrible level of service. Zero stars if possible.
This review is from a homeowner listing their property with Homads.com. I don't know why they don't have negative reviews for companies because if any company deserved it, Homads would be it. They are one of the growing number of companies that doesn't believe in phone support and I vowed to never use one until Homads, now I am back on the vow. Cannot reach them, they only reach out to you on the TWO TIMES they sent me a potential tenant for just under $200 PER YEAR. FOR TWO LISTINGS. I reached out for some type of interaction with them, NOTHING! FurnishedFinder.com, for $99/year reached out to me with at least TEN possible tenants, only 4 of which I called because they all rented. NO vacancies with Furnished Finder. In summary, Homads customer support is near NOTHING. And the lack of someone to call up and get answers quickly is a ludicrous business model!
What a scam and a waste of time. I thought I would give them a try to diversify my marketing however, only after filling out my first listing did I see that there’s no way for you to communicate with anyone who is interested in the property you listed unless you pay them a monthly fee. Although they they’ll let you list your property without charging you, but there’s no way to get in touch with a tenant. What a scam so then they look like they actually have more properties available, but the tenant has no way of getting in touch with you anyway. I kept double checking to see if it was really true but because isn’t that something you would definitely stay upfront. No thanks I’ll remove my property now..

I was able to find really great renters for my vacation rental when things were so slow. Love that they're bringing in insurance claims as leads too!
