4. One department I truely wanna congratulate is their customer support. Once we ask something, they dont give any false answers. Neither they give good answers. They keep silent. Once connected over phone, reply came as they have technical issues. If you have technical issues why did you take my order? Especially when its a gift for someone on a special event.
All.. Dont even try of taking a chance. They dont know how to run business.

The most pathetic shipping and customer service I have experienced. Untrained and clueless staff. My product was shipped to wrong address inspite of multiple multiple followups via messaging and phone. Completely spoiled the experience of gifting.

I bought an oil painting from this site. And it was really very bad. Quality of the frame was terrible, they sent a plastic frame in 1600 rupees and also from nowhere the picture looked like an oil painting. Just wasted my money.

Don't buy from them. Giving cheap products.
I don't recommend anyone buying from this site. They sent me the product but it is different that I ordered and they won't replace it as well. And if you return the product then 50% of fees is only returned. I read after ordering.
Don't buy from this site. I ordered the hand gesture car for 3399 Rs but they send me the cheap model. That I can find on Amazon for 2499 only.
Very disappointed.
