Everything was well
Everything was well. The one star down is because of the vacuum cleaner. We thought we would get a Miele and a clean one. The one we got was very dirty, smelly and not Miele. But the rest was quite good. Especially the customer service.

Overall great experience. Helpful and responsive customer support. Delivery and set-up as well as pick-up both smooth and efficient. We needed a basic set of home goods to get us started while we waited for our shipment to arrive from overseas and this did the trick. We would have wished for better quality of mattress, sheets, and pillows. Otherwise a perfectly suitable solution.
Update: Homat said we could have asked them for a better mattress as it was still under warranty.
