Excellent service. Very quick in undertaking and providing tge completed survey.
The level 2 survey was very comprehensive, and helped us in deciding whether to proceed with purchase or not and ensuring we knew beforehand any issues that needed addressing I highly recommend using home surveys and although I do not want to move house again, would use them if I did.

Good depth of information once you get through a lot of suggestions of things that may or may not ever happen. Happy overall with the quality though

Harry produced a very comprehensive and clear report.
He made a point of discussing what I considered to be important or necessary before commencing work.
Contact was made before and after visit.
Perhaps one criticism is that the survey was for my use as a seller but the report was set out for a potential buyer. It would be useful if the company could produce a basic template for sellers and buyer. This would make more personalised.

All went as planned. Managed to get us in sooner than expected.
After careful questions answered promptly too.

Rachel has produced a very detailed, useful and thorough survey which I can refer to for any future issues with the property. Also she gave me a courtesy call on the day to see if I had any particular concerns. Her work is definitely 5 star - however, there was one glitch that wasn't her fault!
I was slightly alarmed to get an automated text the day before the survey, saying it had already taken place, but a quick phone call, promptly answered, sorted that out. Staff communication was excellent, courteous and helpful - only the automated system had a glitch!

Overall quick, speedy survey arranged. Report through and detailed. Communication good.

The process was very easy to follow, and we got an I depth report at the end of the survey showing a lot of details on the house we missed.

Please read all reviews before considering this awful company, not just the five stars. Missed very basic faults which have left me with huge bills running into thousands of pounds to fix

Becky was incredibly fast at replying and got me exactly what I needed, I sent off lots of questions and she always responded thoroughly. Abby was a brilliant surveyor, very polite, quick but not rushed and just lovely to chat to. Thanks

I have used several firms previously but Home Surveying were fantastic, quick and efficient!

Used this company twice now and would again. Great communication, so fast, good price, thorough survey we were very pleased. Abby even called us on her way to the property to ask if there was anything specific we wanted her to take a good look at

Took a payment on the 13/02 and sent me an email "Thank you we have received your payment. Your report will be sent directly to yourself in a PDF format via email"

Then a surveyor contacted me on 16/02 stating he will be conducting a RICS survey for the property

Its 26/02 and still no sign of any Report. On contacting them they said that "You have not signed the Terms & Conditions". Not sure why anyone will make a payment without signing a T&C if it was needed. I was never sent any Terms & Conditions to sign

Neither they send me any Terms and Conditions and they insist its in the Junk folder when its not. Not sure a) Why was the T&C not sent prior to taking the payment b) Why the T&C cannot be resent

Still no Report might have to write-off the Time & Money wasted and go to a proper company who can provide a descent service.

Very easy to arrange and the quote vs payment were correct. Quick to arrange with the survey completed within 10 days and the report emailed back to me within 4 days of the survey.

I contacted Andy he was very quick to respond and get the ball rolling
Gary completed the survey 19th feb 2024 and I had a comprehensive report on the 20th feb 2024
And has stipulated if I need to discuss anything regarding the report just to contact him
