Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!
They have a habit of lying to their customers. After paying for a survey they eventually contacted the estate agents and arranged a survey for a month in the future! After calling to complain I was told the sellers had chose this date. This was completely untrue. Happy to take your money and make false promises!

My experience with the staff and this company was amazing!! I got replies back very quickly. The survey was very thorough and included pictures. It made me aware of problems before committing to buying the house. Rachel was amazing and explained everything to me on the phone. As a first time buyer all my worries were put at ease. Overall very professional and friendly staff 😊

I have had a survey done for a house previously by another company, which I thought was great. This survey by Home Surveying however, is so much more thorough. It includes photos and detailed description of every area of concern. A fantastic service.

Recieved report

Surveyor assumed mains drainage but didn't pick up private drainage. I thought the obvious clue would be house about 1850. How many would be on main drainage in a semi rural area with 4 houses. Surveyor could have asked owner

I received the valuation but it was based on the incorrect report!

Carried out a survey on a house I was purchasing. Highlighted damp issue, couldn't see from the naked eye, got a damp specialist in and was quoted £2000 to put it right so glad I found out before I committed. Fast turn around would use again..friendly staff not too pushy.

The service we recieved was first class and straight forward. After contacting Becky Anderson the survey was scheduled and completed on the Thursday and then we had contact from our surveyor (Phoebe Flook) early this next day with a chat about her findings and then her comprehensive report was emailed to me on the Saturday! First class service, much appreciated, thanks Becky, Phoebe and Danielle ...🙏👏👏👏👏

Easy company to use, great communication, great pricing, get response times, and the surveyor was knowledgeable, polite and friendly.

Really pleased ,we got an email with a quote recommending which level of survey we would need for the property we were purchasing and a very cheap price compared to everyone else, I phoned up straight away to inquire and hayley was really friendly and helpful and took payment the survey was then booked for the following week the guy then phoned me on the day of the survey to let us know how it went then the report was emailed to us the following morning an excellent very fast service I would definitely recommend 😀

I had to get my valuation extended, and this was dealt with in a timely manner. Hayley was very helpful.

I can't fault the service I received from Becky. She contacted before the survey to ask if I had any specific concerns, and again as soon as she had completed the survey. The written report was received the next day. More than happy.

Survey completed and report emailed on the same day which makes up for the 3 weeks we had to wait. Report was what was expected as didn’t expect any issues to be found. My only comment would be don’t say upon quote that you have good availability in my area, get me to pay and then tell me it’s a 3 week wait - that’s not good availability in my opinion but was too late as you’d taken the money!

One of the only survey companies that didn't harass us! Just sent the quote over then waited patiently until we needed them. Then they were super quick, getting our survey arranged in a matter of days. The survey took place on the Friday before a bank holiday weekend and we had the report back on the Monday - super speedy and efficient! We also got a call from our surveyor, James Winton, who went over the main points of the report with us which was really helpful. Overall really happy - thank you! :)

Avoid them at any cost. The surveyor missed several flat defects upon inspection. They missed spots on the ceiling that were painted over. Windows ledges had moisture (measured later using a damp meter) and were heavily damaged because of that. Both might be related to a leakage coming from the flat above which is still being investigated. This is just to mention a few. We raised a complaint and they came back to us saying that "the inspection was preceded by a period of dry weather". We had two contractors coming in to inspect the flat and they both agreed that this type of damage would have not taken place in the 7 weeks from the survey to completion but it was definitely a pre-existent problem. Absolutely unprofessional.

Really bad service, they are not helpful.

Becky was very efficient answering our questions and getting a surveyor booked in very quickly for us. The whole process was smooth and stress-free and we received our report within a couple of days of the survey taking place. Would highly recommend, thank you so much!

I had a report last year which has since proved to be a total waste of money. We do trust that the surveyor has more experience with properties than we do and expect them to report on such things as the windows and possible electrical issues... I guess it's down to the actual surveyor and I was very unlucky.

I had a great experience with Home surveying.
The price was much lower than the rest of the quotations, the detailed survey report was delivered within less than 48 hours from Danielle Hutchinson. I appreciate the hard work, well done, would recommend their services!

Survey carried out 16 March and 14 days later we are still waiting for report. Despite numerous phone calls (in a queue for 35 mins each time) which included one to Jade, manager, who said work was in progress but no further information. Emails not answered.
