I have been a client of Saxo for years…
I have been a client of Saxo for years and even an employee. I am danish living abroad and have never had issues with my account however a few weeks ago my orders got cancelled basis ‘configuration changes’ when i looked deeper into it it turns out my Customer KYC revision is still under processing my Saxo despite me submitting documents and information a long time ago. I have opened a ticket with a request for feedback on the status and even called a nice danish guy working in customer service who quickly dismissed me saying there is nothing he can do. Its been two weeks with no contact from Saxo. I work in a global tier 1 bank and im an SME in Compliance matters and its truly concerning Saxo does not have a more prof and mature process to support long standing affluent clients. I feel being taken hostage and will probably move to Interactive Brokers if i cant regain trust in Saxo - im deeply concerned. Hoping this review might bring some attention to the matter as they dont seem to take their client support serious. Regards from a once very loyal saxonian and client

The support team is terrible
The support team is terrible, they reply after a few days while the whole portfolio moves and you lose money! It is okay to trade a few thousand dollars only.

Issue solved
Saxo has a very strict policy and sometimes can be very inconvenient to clients. I had a problem with my Saxo account but thanks to Charlotte from Client Service who helped me solve the problem promptly. She took the time to listen to my concerns and solve the issue immediately.
