Sophos virus checker home licence
I installed Sophos virus checker on my PC. It runs smoothly in the background for the last 4 years. I rarely had an alert and If needed I run a scan on the desktop.
Past history can be checked on the dashboard. The cost of the yearly home license remains reasonable and the application seems on top of all the nasties floating around the internet.

Easy to use!
The user interface is very easy to use and understand, and the a/v/malware tool seems very effective. I feel very confident my laptop is protected now that i've been using Sophos.

Good Product
Thus far, I have had no invasions of my computer with bots, worms, viruses, or other nasty invaders. I’m grateful that I don’t actually have to worry about these issues.

sophos shield turned to an orange…
sophos shield turned to an orange colour and informed me that my security was not working properly. I opened sophos home and found that all security settings were working. the real time setting warned that if it was turned off, all settings would turn off.
After much thinking,I decided to turn it off and back on again as you do and all was well.

Sophos just works.
Purchased Sophos because it was the system used by my employers and once we all started working from home I had to ensure that my security was at least as good as theirs.
This product has never ceased to impress. The corporate version is installed on hundreds of our machines worldwide and it just works.
On my home machines it is the same. I get the odd alert but it just tidies up problems and removes threats without making a drama.
I’ve worked in IT for 25 years after working for over 20 years in banking so I’m somewhat obsessed with security.
Sophos is the perfect partner.
