Bad customer service
The shop is good, but the customer service is really leave much to be desired. They completely ignore customers despite several email reminders.
I have sent several emails after 6th August and got no reply.

I am not happy with DELIVERY service of…
I am not happy with DELIVERY service of RHENUS.
When i made my order 1022466188 it specifically said 1st August - 5th August but now they are using delivery company RHENUS and delivery date changed to 12th August !!
Two of the orders extra chairs of same order arrived on 30th July but using a real professional delivery company named HERMES.
This is not serious business by HOME24.
Contact with Home24 service centre just made things mixed up more and were very disappionting.

Showroom Staff Shine, But Delivery Service Falls Short
I had a great experience with the staff at the showroom; they were excellent and very helpful. However, I am disappointed with both the delivery service they use and the online help center for Home 24. I scheduled two delivery appointments, both of which were canceled, resulting in two days of lost work for me. The online help center was not very effective in resolving my issues either. Until they change their delivery partner and improve their online support, I cannot give a positive review, as these issues have significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope they address these concerns soon, as I would love to recommend them otherwise.

The return process is non-existing
The return process is non-existing! or impossible to manage as a customer. First, the products we want to return are only allowing a price reduction, no option on the website to return them. Then they opened a separate ticket for each item we want to return. They are no longer following-up or replying to our demand/ right to return the products within the return period. The products we ordered were not marked as non-returnable. The only way now is to place a formal complaint with the Consumer Bureau in Switzerland.
Be very mindful when you order that you will not be allowed to return the products in case they do not serve the purpose, nor if they are defective - the case with one of the products in our order.
