Allogant attitude of staff for delivery and assemble.
Couldn’t hide fear. They have left without completion due to time over even they come late at time of appointment.

Broken Delivery Promise and No Customer Support Response
I ordered a sofa from Home24 with a confirmed delivery window between May 5th and 7th. This date range was clearly stated in the order confirmation email and was a key reason for my purchase. However, the delivery was suddenly postponed to May 12th—without any explanation.
I reached out to Home24 twice to complain and asked them to honor the original delivery date or, at the very least, deliver by May 9th. Unfortunately, I never received any response.
The lack of communication and disregard for the promised delivery timeframe was extremely disappointing. I expected better service and reliability. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to order from Home24 again.

I wish I could give zero stars! I ordered lighting items with home delivery. 7 items for a 2 bedrooms apartment. 2 weeks later nothing arrived home besides staying home every day and waiting. 2 products returned back by them I dont know why and how and the rest sent to different kiosks and other adresses around the city! Unbealivable! I always order things online and I had never a problem with delivery! Cant be worst than this!
