It’s a scam….
It’s a scam….. they sell the test kit, but then the website does not function. The scan of the QR doesn’t function, nor the web itself. Also tried calling many times and no-one picks up. Ended up rushing around London to buy from Superdrug. Save your money. Superdrug had on the shelf, less cost, and worked great!

Can't reach anyone
We are trying to get through to get our test before flight and been on phone for an hour. After the first 45 mins in the queue the line was white noise. We are urgently trying to reach you to avoid ruining our trip by being denied entry.

A SCAM
I BOOKED A "Same day RT-PCR test with Fit-to-fly by Midnight" FOR TRAVEL TO CHINA. I CALLED AND EMAILED TO CONFIRM. NO RESPONSE. NOTHING ARRIVED ON THE AGREED DATE. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE FAILURE TO DELIVER WHAT I HAD PAID FOR. NO RESPONSE. I ADVISE EVERYBODY TO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS BUSINESS.

No one was there at the appointment…
No one was there at the appointment time and then when someone eventually turned up, it turned out that multiple people had an appointment booked for the same slot.

Couldn’t register my test as the system…
Couldn’t register my test as the system didn’t recognise the ID. Website didn’t work. They then registered the test for me without giving me a password so I couldn’t get my test result at all.

The worst.
I've been given some instructions how to register my test and it doesn't seem to be working.
Also, I received and email pointing me into a site that doesn't exist.
Moreover, I've been trying to contact Home2Lab but I was waiting on the phone for about 2 hours and when I send an email didn't came back the same day.
Please fix you site!
