Update some two weeks after my review below. I have received one half of my order, with no sign of the second item ordered. As I said in my last review, I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I recently ordered some new duvet sets and pillows. Delivery was quick as they arrived after 2 days. The quality is exactly what I wanted. I ordered a double fitted bed sheet by accident as I needed a king. Jane at customer service was excellent. She provided me with the returns address and had the king sheet shipped out to me straight away. First time using this company and I must say I am very impressed.

Ordered a king save duvet 13.5 tog and love it. Now I have had to get 3 more because my family all want one. Also what a great price

Order process was easy. For December delivery was good but don’t be deceived by the picture of their towel bale. The towel quality is really poor. Very disappointed purchase. Won’t order from them again.

I too wish I had read the reviews before buying.
I did receive an email saying to ask about returns as the wrong colour was sent. I asked for either a return or exchange. That’s as far as it went. No follow up emails. Nada!
I won’t use them again.
Since writing the above I have traced this company to a one man company based in a lock up on a small industrial estate. One step up from dealing out of the back of a van. Still no response from him.
New company name since November 24 ‘online home essentials’, I shall avoid that company too.
Note, a 5* review written by a person with the same name as the company director.

Ordered bedding set, not good quality, colour supposed to be Duck Egg Blue and it's Grey!
No response to Emails. Waste of money.

I ordered a bath set recently and it has been used and washed twice. The back is splitting on the pedestal mat and despite contacting three times there has been no response. This is despite the website indicating a swift reply. I am giving up now but will never use this company again.

One is too many stars! How can anybody match a colour through plastic and they won’t refund if the package is opened to check colour but not unfolded! Described as navy I bought 2 duvet covers which I would describe as grey washed out blue! So far no refund and no return of opened
duvet cover! Disgusted!
I have to retract a little, the opened duvet arrived today 27th july so perhaps I will get my money back. I still think the colour is incorrectly described in their advert

Ordered on 23rd May 2024, a towelling gown bathrobe. Received nothing, reached out via their website, contact us page, email, what’sapp and had zero response. Wish I’d have read the reviews on here before ordering, seems others have had the same experience. Avoid at all costs

I personally would not use this company again. I ordered some pillows at the beginning of June and they still haven’t arrived. I’ve contacted customer service twice and they haven’t responded and I haven’t had my money back!

Edit - I have been emailed since posting this review and issued a refund. I have also been emailed asking me to remove this review, but as it’s an accurate representation of the service I received, I will leave it here. I only feel that I was issued a refund because of my review and I didn’t receive the pillows and they had my money for well over a month despite me emailing twice.

I recently attempted to order one item on line due to poor keyboard skills I inadvertently ordered 6 I contacted customer service they solved overnight and a refund well-done marks out of 10 11

Great service, fast delivery. A rare company that stocks items for a 4ft bed. Ordered a few sheets and a goose feather and down mattress topper. Which is great quality and an even better price.

I recently ordered a duvet set from Home and Bath it arrived 2 days later. The satin Egyptian cotton is both soft and luxurious. The customer service experience was excellent from start to finish. I would recommend them to you all. Thank you Home and Bath.

Ordered a dressing gown for my Grandaughters birthday.Has not arrived tracking no.dose not respond.have sent a message on their web site no reply.No way of contacting them direct.Found a company address ,but appears to be a semi detached house.in a street in manchester.Looking very much a scam beware,

I received a white duvet set with had black marks on it. I sent them feedback about it. They ignored the standard contact page on their website. Then they did reply back on another email address. They apologized and stated it was a manufacture error and they will send an replacement. They didn't. So to me that's a lie and leaving a very disappointed customer, £30 wasted as I ended up buying a better quality duvet as a replacement. It took me hours to find the right duvet cover, to receive such a poor quality product with poor communication from the company. Nearly 2 or 3 weeks on and no more replies back.

Absolutely RUBBISH! My bed sheets arrived last Friday (7 days ago) and the evri driver left it downstairs as always. I contacted evri and home and bath to tell them my package had gone missing. It’s now been 7 days and I haven’t heard back from either. What a joke.

I bought a towelling dressing gown for my partner - the quality and fit was off and so we decided to return it. Because we were out of the 14 day return time (it was for his birthday so I had bought it a month before), which in itself is ridiculous and I think against consumer rights(?), Sam - the customer service representative - emailed me (after I had chased) to say that they would refund the dressing gown if we were to buy a replacement by way of exchange.
Due to the style not being to my partner's taste and there being very limited choice, I decided to buy a fitted sheet instead which equated to the same price, more or less. I emailed them to make sure this would be OK and heard nothing after a few days and so went ahead and purchased the sheet and am now waiting for the return address so I can send the dressing gown back to them (since drafting this review another customer service representative David has responded with the return address).
All in all this is going to cost me just under £15 in postage. The whole thing has been a waste of time and money - I'm doing this out of principle more than anything...
I honestly wouldn't bother with these guys again. Shame, because I like to support small independent businesses rather than using Amazon all the time...

Rubbish, bough x2 flannelette sheets. Great at first, perfect fit, then they went all bobbly and after each wash started to shrink. Now you can't get them over the final bed corner. And the other one has ripped in trying.

60.00 down the pan, don't bother, wish I had read the reviews. Emailed them, surprisingly no response!

Fantastic service! I always order from this company and they have everything I need and at very reasonable prices. The delivery is excellent as I received my order within two days! Very happy
