Update: they replied to my email to say the delivery label had been damaged so the item was stuck with royal mail. Once it arrived I checked the label carefully; no damage and it had not been covered with a new sticker. There was no evidence of any other address label.
I dont mind that they missed shipping it, but don't lie. Shame because it's a lovely item.

No info since placing an order almost two weeks ago.

I've emailed them. Twice: I Used the contact form on their website and directly emailed them.

No idea if the item has been dispatched. I'll give it another two weeks then write the money off and update my review.

Quality much lower than expected.
I wash my bedding before using it,otherwise it would have been returned. Fabric feels harsh on the skin, doubt it's 400tc as they claim. Disappointed.

Have been using Home and Bath for the past 6 months now. It’s my first choice now for bedding. The quality and price is excellent. They always seem to have an offer on which is great considering the cost of living at the moment. I highly recommend this company to all of you.

Ordered several fitted sheets. Quality is great. Soft fabric and generous material for fitting under the mattress. Would recommend. Arrived within the stated delivery time frame.

Although delivery was timely, I was extremely disappointed with the duvet set I bought as a gift. It was nothing like the picture on their website, or the picture on the packaging! The pictures showed a bright white woven looking fabric with vibrant pink and green flower design, the item was actually a dull non-woven canvas type fabric with a dull printed design - the gift was not wanted. As I got the item back after the 14 day returns deadline, they applied a 50% fee and I would have to pay for shipping - giving it to charity instead. Will not buy from them again, their misrepresentation of the products is false advertising!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I ordered a mattress topper a month ago. Said it was delivered but wasn’t there when I got home . I understand they need to investigate but it’s been over a month and they are not updating me on my refund . I’m emailing them daily and they just ignore my emails . There is no number to call . Even contacting them in WhatsApp and still no reply . Do not buy from this company it’s clearly a scam .

Can someone let me know how long it takes for delivery despatch on the 30th but still no update by royal mail. all its saying is the sender has despatched your item.what is the waiting time with this company. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered .

I have just received my order of towels and bedding. Amazing quality for the price I paid! Loads of variety and delivery was super quick. Customer service was excellent! Will definitely be ordering again in the near future.

I bought several bedding sets, all items arrived on time the quality was amazing- would definitely recommend.

I ordered 2 light grey pillowcases - I have received 2 brown pillowcases. I sent a photo with the unopened pillowcases (lying on the grey delivery bag they came in!) But they won’t exchange them because they call this beige colour ‘grey’. How bizarre and what a con. I’ve bucked my own rules by ordering from a website who doesn’t use PayPal and now I’ll pay for a shocking service and supply. All I can hope is that this review stops someone else ordering from them. DO NOT RISK THEIR COLOURS - they are clearly colour blind and funnily enough it is the one note they put in their small print which is a give away as to covering their backsides for avoiding trading standards of miss selling goods. Good luck if you risk these cowboys.

My first order from this company. Received my delivery of towels that I ordered. They are very good quality Egyptian cotton. Colours were true to pictures and delivery was fast.

I recently ordered several items from this company. The goose mattress toppers are excellent in quality. I had ordered a 6ft bolster pillow and a 5ft pillow case for it by accident. I didn’t realise my mistake until I received a phone call from Erica at customer service. She asked me if my order was correct and pointed out that I had ordered the wrong size pillow case as it wouldn’t have fitted the pillow. Excellent customer service and the items I received were very good. I would recommend this company. 5 star service.

They provide no paperwork at all in the parcel. No method of return. I returned unopened goods and they deducted £4.99 from the amount of the refund, despite the fact that I kept goods to the amount of £65 which qualifies for free delivery. They made it very difficult to return extra goods bought in error ( I couldn't find where it gave number of items in package on their website). They even said I should be happy that I got so many for my money and sent me a pic showing an opened parcel saying they gave refund as gogw..I didn't open the parcels I returned. I did however pay nearly £16 to return the goods. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

My advice DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE COMPANY . Their philosophy for online sales is way beyond unfair . They do not allow returns on opened items of pillows , duvets , blankets , towels , mattress toppers and THROWS ! They do not accept responsibility for colours which appear differently online to true life therefore will not exchange or refund if opened . I bought a throw which cost £20 .99 , it looked more aubergine than purple which was what I wanted . When I received it I didn’t see the small sticker which said if opened they would not exchange . It’s the wrong colour for my sofa . I emailed them twice with no response . Returns if allowed are not free and delivery cost me £4.99 . Yet on Amazon they offer 30 day returns with no conditions . Their customer care is totally absent and they need to catch up with everyone else on goodwill returns , for online purchases . Will never buy from them again
