I ordered this beautiful bird house…
I ordered this beautiful bird house feeder and was very pleased with the quality of it, despatch time and the packaging. It has been quite windy since I bought it but having it close to the shed and a bit sheltered from the gusty wind it has stood well and guess what, it only took a couple of days for the birds to drop in for some me seeds. So, I’m a happy buyer and the bird are happy too. Thank you from Shirley

Hedgehog House
Great little apartment for our nocturnal visitor….well made, great price, delivered within the time promised. A couple of bonus gifts being a feeding bowl and a bag of hedgehog food…really, what more could you want? Will certainly return when we decide what else we need. 👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼

This is the second house I have bought…
This is the second house I have bought for my cats. Unfortunately the design has changed somewhat! There was no wooden frame around the top on the cat house lid and also they took away the hinge lid and replaced it with two little rotation clips on the under sides. The hinge lid was far easier to check if the cats were inside . There were also a few places that needed additional screws as wood had split. . Over all wasn’t made as well as well as the first house I bought 2 years ago.
However the cats love it so that’s the main thing!

I was very pleased with the hedgehog…
I was very pleased with the hedgehog house i purchased from you.
Also what made me purchase was it was already assembled as a senior citizen no diy skills.
Had another one like this but was a gift and lasted over 4 years so hoping i get the same out of this one. My garden hedgehog was sleeping in it after the first visit when i checked the following morning and uses it now all the time for its daily sleep.

Kendall 4ft hutch with…
I ordered the Kendall 4ft hutch with run.
The hutch was dispatched the same day, however, the courier only delivered 1 of 2 packages the next day. This was a gift so wasn't ideal. However, James in customer services was fantastic and managed to get the courier to deliver the rest to me the very next day (a weekend). Thanks James.
Very happy with the hutch, the customer service was first rate and I would definitely recommend Home and Roost to anyone.

Very nice product and customer service are superb
I purchased the starter kit, chicken coop and run, but then realised I don’t need the run. I contacted customer services to arrange a swap for another coop as it was very good for what I needed, and they sorted it very quickly. Very pleasant experience, I have purchased 3 chicken coops to install inside our large covered walk in chicken run.

Purchased 6ft Chartwell Triple Rabbit…
Purchased 6ft Chartwell Triple Rabbit Hutch with ramps and 6ft Heavy Duty Rabbit Run With Burrow Portal And Tunnel System | Extra Strong Wire. Unboxing was straight forward with good instructions of how to assemble. A few pieces damaged in transportation. I contacted the customer service email and they responded quickly and sent replacement parts. Also very thoughtful to add a gift for customer in the boxes.
