Part product missing pieces, sent wrong pieces promised a refund never got it. Lots of emails, followed every request for information, very disappointed with the experience. Still have not received either a refund or missing pieces.

Terrible - never use this service again.

Home appliances - very much a PLUS!!
Ordering from the website was very easy with a great deal of helpful information. Delivery was good, especially with respect to the difficulty with transportation at the moment. We did have an issue with our appliance, but the company was very quick to assist and a replacement was delivered within days! Amazing service.

Found what I need and followed by great service and communication.

Product is fantastic- it was a great price and works well. My son is very happy with it. Delivery took a while because there was an issue, so I had to call them and follow up.

Everything was in the boxes. The only negative was the boxes arrived on different days.

Faulty product. No customer service. No reply on queries. No way to resolve issue.

I would never buy anything from Home Appliance Plus.
There after sales service is very poor with response by email and they do not answer the phone call.

Considering I haven't received my last order I'd give no stars if I could. Still waiting for my refund also.......
Probably not going to happen though seeing how noone can be bothered to reply to me.
Along with the story on the news about you I'm clearly not the only one screwed over by this company

I still have not received the garden cart that I orded and paid for 2 months ago. I had to go a buy another one elsewhere. Not happy

absolutely disgusting service. I called at least 50 times without answer, sent several emails without answer and only after taking to facebook did I get a call back. Item never arrived an took months to get my money back.

Did not honor sale.
Purchase made in good faith. Did not supply or contact me. When I chased them up they said that they had made an error and could not supply at the price they had sold at. No goods. No refund. Huge rip off merchants - do not deal with them.

I placed an order for a rain gauge and weather station that was in stock was estimated to be two weeks before shipping it out which I was fine with. Three weeks later no tracking no update on the order i attempted to contact the phone lines did not work I emailed them and messaged them via face book it took another Additional week to get a response to then get told it’s coming into stock soon and will be dispatched that week. Another week goes past and still nothing. By now I just want my money back I leave and email explaining my lack in faith in their service and honesty. However it gets better after that email i received an email with tracking updating that my parcel is on its way to be delivered in 3 days so I wait patiently for the time to pas to find out the tracking they gave me was a for another customer! So it was delivered to a completely different region. By then i attended contact for a refund it took another two weeks to receive a refund form to fill out and send it off. After that no further communication happened I was ghosted being annoyed about the process I lodged a complaint file via zip pay to recover the money spent after a total of 3 months I finally got my money back. In conclusion I will not shop there again and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. So I would recommend shopping elsewhere

I never received my products from 2 orders, I emailed many times, I tried to call to speak to someone, I requested a refund and filled out the forms but have NOT received any refund. The most disgusting service and responses, nothing but a scam

Purchased sound bar employed technician to install but failed. apon investigation subwoofer was not the right one it was meant for this sound bar.

I can’t even give this company 1 star as I still have not received my item or a refund!
I ordered at Easter time and here we are at the end of July and still nothing!
Don’t trust this company people and don’t waste your time. They don’t reply and don’t follow through on delivery once they have your money!

This company is a bunch of thieves never sent item followed up they said they would send it but guess what never sent it when I contacted them they offered to send it and vouchers I said I want my money back still hasn't been reimbursed DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY LIE

This is a scam site. Run the other way.

They took my money and never delivered the product. When requested a refund they stopped responding
