Worst experience ever. Took my money and heard nothing. When I followed up, claimed to not find my address. 3 months later... no response, no product, no refund. Disgraceful

Fraud, scam. I ordered product but never received. Products were unavailable. Neither do I received my refund. Stay away from this website. Big scam.

Would not recommend purchasing from this place, my order never received, and was told the same thing everytime I contacted chasing my order I waited over 8 weeks with still nothing. When contacted for a refund, no response and was told it was being process and after waiting 2-3 weeks with no success, wasn't until I had the bank involved that I received my money.

On April 25th I ordered my kids a new gas lift double bed each online. I paid $700 for them.
I have never received them at all- the money was taken out of my account immediately!!!
Initially I called them and was told the beds would arrive the following week. Nothing!!
I did an online chat with someone from this company- telling me I would still receive them soon. Nothing!!
I was advised during the online chat I could fill in an online cancellation and refund form. I did this, but still nothing!!
When I have tried to chat to them online- I get no response now. When I call them, I cannot get through to speak to anyone.
On their website it says they have had a new phone system put in and there may be some issues contacting them. Oh how convenient!!!
I have emailed them also- nothing. No reply!
This company have been reported to Current Affair recently with numerous people experiencing the same terrible treatment from this company.
Very disappointed and will be taking this further!!!

I ordered furniture in April, it's July. The furniture has never arrived, I requested (and got an email that its just a formality) a refund about 5 weeks ago, never received the money back.

I’m not impressed at all. I ordered a hot house on April 14 for just on $300. No hot house, but you have taken my money for no goods. I have asked several times for a refund. Still nothing. I can assume this isn’t a business at all. Just another way of stealing money from people. I also ordered a shower base. Nothing arrived, so my partner bought another shower base. I asked for a refund, was told it was in the hands of the finance department. Then the shower base turned up, now I have a shower base I don’t need. And still no contact from any of you, but keep receiving emails to buy more stuff from you thieves. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I *wish* I had checked out these guys' reputation before ordering from them. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund but after 6 phone calls and multiple emails they still had not refunded my money. Told me over and over that "it was with the accounts team" or something similar. 3 months later I ended up having to dispute the transaction via my bank.

They sound like they are understaffed but no excuse to lie and stall.

Ordered from these guys and did not receive after a month. Called and was told they were updating their system. Requested a refund and filled out the google form. Have not received the refund after 2 months and saw an A Current Affair story about HAP with plenty of similar experiences. Do not order from these guys. Dodgy

Shipping was extremely slow with no updates, no tracking. Took more than a month to deliver and customer support were useless. Gave no support and simply tried to blame courier service even though item had not even been dispatched yet. Finally delivered at a neighbour's house with no notification. Luckily phone number was on package so neighbour called to say it arrived on their doorstep. Horrible experience, would never buy from them again.

The stress and anxiety I went through due to your horrendous website deserves compensation ! Shame on all of you, just shut down before you’re forced to hahahaha

I bought a desk, you sent me a shoe rack. It was your fault, you admitted that, but you after so many attempts will not give my money back or send me the desk I paid for. When I email, you do not reply. All I want is the desk I paid for. I am going to take you to the tribunal to get my money back, very unprofessional, very pissed off.

Sh*te never buy from this company ended up claiming through my bank as they wouldn't respond after I asked for a refund when item never showed up after 2months still haven't heard anything untill this email showed up asking for a review well this is as positive as I can be

My order never arrived was cancelled and I have been waiting forever for a refund. I have sent numerous emails and filled countless refund forms in.
I will never trust you guys with my money again. I am an OAP and cannot afford the loss
