Dont buy anything was damaged and marked i emailed and called them 20-30 tiimes never got anywhere with my refund with them poor service getting the bank to try n deal with them got no response back from so called warehouse and call centre hopeless company dont bother with them

Scammer. Never received the item and refund. It is a real scammer. Don’t waste your money on this seller

It said the item was in stock when I purchased the item. After 2 months I rang and got told it was in dispatch your operator lied to me it was not in dispatch she said she could send me another item of the same amount.I asked for a refund and for the last 3 months can not get through on your phone line or nothing and no refund you guys have lied to me and now won’t give me a refund. Very poor service I have sent numerous emails explaining the situation with no reply. It has been the most poorly managed internet purchase I have ever done even worse never received. You guys are a scam

Send emails no answers.
Just a ripoff.

You should not be able to operate a business in Australia.
You have ripped off thousands of people as well as myself,it would be nice if you also refunded the money you owe me and all the other people as well.

I have not received my goods, they will not answer the phone now, I would say I got touched and they are a scam.

Terrible online company. Bad communication, will never deal with them again & I warn others to do the same

Took along time to arrive. But everything did in the end (they are a start up company so give them credot) i couldnt get them on the phone but answered straight away through messenger. Everything arrived and in perfect order. Would definitely buy from them again

This is absolutely the most disgraceful company I have ever dealt with. BEWARE!!
After waiting two and a half months for my product, I decided to lodge a claim of fraudulent services with my banking institution. They have refunded my money. I got to speak with the seller twice after sending many emails and using their online chat prompter many times. I also tried phoning them at least 50 times over this period. The couple of times I did speak with them ended with the lady saying they were expediting my order. Nothing happened and their web site just said “order unfulfilled”. Suddenly after 13weeks their web site changed to “order filled” but I received nothing and had no contact from their couriers as they state will happen. They have wasted a lot of my time and patience and I would recommend not using this company. Please be warned.

I never received the product that i ordered. Waited for 2 long months. They emailed back to say it was on its way but never arrived so I cancelled the order almost after 12 weeks and they said they would refund but i never saw the refund. Waste of time, money. Its a scam.

I never received my goods, I paid for them, but they never came. Your chat bot was useless, filled out the form to get a refund etc, but no refund.

I tried to contact you, it was impossible to get through By email or phone and I finally cancelled my order.

HAP did not supply the product purchased, did give any indication of expected delivery time months later and did not refund. Had to dispute transaction with credit card company to get a resolution.

They are a scam company and need to be stopped their business.
