I have purchased an 3 Seater Bench however due to delivery issues I have been offered $50 vouchers, which never been activated and after reaching out number of times the voucher never been activated or new voucher was given which reflects poor customer service therefore I never recommend someone this website.

Unsatisfactory services has been provided all times.

I have NEVER received my items. There is no response for online chat. Disappointed.

The 2 stars is because of the time. Would have put 5 if I had some feedback saying I have to wait about 5 weeks to get my orders.

Terrible only half of purchase received and contacting them is a joke

Do not deal with them!
Afterpay want nothing to do with them in regards to refunds.
Goods never delivered, phone number sometimes disconnected and sometimes rings unanswered. They use the excuse "staff shotages" when you email them.
Nothing arrived for 3 months and there and plenty of complaints online if you google them.
I personally reported them to the consumer watchdog.

Absolutely disgusting paid for 2 items I never got, no response to emails & phone is always engaged, have asked via email so many times for a refund, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Quick to take your money still waiting on fire pit after many many emails still nothing after many many months they do not reply to emails tried to get a refund still nothing don’t to buy from them

Damaged goods on arrival.
No one cared.

Because i have been waiting months for my dining chairs & dont get replies to my emails. The only reply i received was offer me a refund which i denied because on all other sites these chairs have gone up in price significantly. I now have a display home on display with no dining chairs. I have left some bad reviews & will continue to do so until a decent outcome is reached

A. It took 7 weeks,
B. 5 phone calls with the same exact same script. Either talking or text and
C. a threat to call consumers affairs to get my Dehydrator.
D. I consider myself lucky a lot of people are still waiting.

We placed an order for a patio table and chairs in early May. Since then we have NOT received the order nor a refund which was offered.
Still looking forward to the refund of $588. ????

Waited far too long for my order to be despatched even after I complained. Eventually I messaged them to say I wanted to cancel my order and I disputed the visa payment with my bank and I didn’t even get a response. The goods eventually got delivered about a month later. Will never use this site agsin

Fantastic Products & excellent service with fast delivery

Never delivered the goods, promised to refunds us, did not happen. They are thieves and Charleston's. Do not trust them, do not give them money.., they are crooks.
