Homebuyer Online 

I used Homebuyer Online with slight trepidation, but was reassured by reviews by other users. I can now add my name to the list of these other users who thought it was fantastic. Website really clear and easy. Price highly competitive. Survey booked very quickly with local surveyor. He called me prior to chat over. Report fast, simple layout and content was thorough. Good local knowledge too. Then had subsequent telephone discussions with surveyor which were very helpful. I would highly recommend. Thank you.

The report was very easy to understand with it's colour/number system. Meanings were explained in simple language and the conclusion stating the valuation was explained well. I am buying an old house so was expecting it not to be perfect but the survey gave me confidence to proceed with the purchase whilst knowing what i am letting myself in for. The only disappointment is that as this particular house was so cluttered and the surveyor is not allowed to move this clutter to inspect certain areas so i am hoping nothing was missed.

I like others on this site was sceptical about ordering a surveyor online, thank goodness for review sites! Having read other reviews this put my mind at ease and I ordered my survey. From the time I paid for the service to receiving a phone call from my surveyor who kept me in the picture and took on board questions I asked (only lost one point as one question remained unanswered!) and getting the survey back online I cannot fault the service and would recommend to anyone who like me doesn't know where to start when buying a house.

Very fast turnaround for a polished inspection and report with subsequent confirmations to queries due to precise local knowledge. Excellent service at a competitive fee rate.

Does just what it says on the tin!

I was not sure if the advertisement for property survey via Home-buyer was a good idea or not and was very hesitant before deciding to go with them. There was no need as I was well informed of the progress and appointments and the survey was completed and ready for download within a couple of days after completion. The vendor who we happen to know telephoned to say what a full survey had been carried out something having read the survey I must agree it is very comprehensive and can only be a reflection on the surveyor who carried it out and Home-buyer for their company professionalism. Thank You

I was a bit apprehensive about organising a house survey through the internet. I needn't have worried. The whole process was easy and trouble-free. Within 3 days the survey was completed and 2 days later we had the written report via eMail. The survey was thorough and concise and really helped us to decide whether, or not, to purchase the property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anybody!

The service provided by Homebuyer Online was brilliant! The survey was carried out on a Thursday and the report was waiting for me when I got back after the Bank Holiday Monday the following week! It was well written and all aspects had been covered to a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Chose this company on the basis of other reviews on the site and wasn't disappointed. We were given a date for the survey within 24 hours of booking and received the report within 2 working days. The price was at least £200 cheaper than another local company. So please we chose to go with Homebuyer online.

I bought a homebuyer survey for a prospective purchase in Ivybridge, Devon, which was carried out by a Surveyor from Saltash. The booking process was really easy and the instructions I gave were listened to and acted upon. I had a really fast turn-round need, as we are looking for a very tight conveyancing timescale at the buyers behest. The survey was booked and other than a 1 day reschedule, was carried quickly (within a week). The Surveyor called after the survey and provided the verbal results as I had asked and the report will be issued within another week. I am very happy with their actions and found their advice very helpful.

The surveyor Stuart took my concern and instruction extra further in the homebuyer's report. It is very well written and delivered on time. Very pleased. Definitely recommend this company.

Homebuyers website was recommended by a friend and I was a bit dubious because of the fact that you just input your details in the website without actually speaking to anyone. My nervousness was not needed because they contacted me immediately to confirm who my surveyor would be and the survey was carried out within 4 working days of registering with homebuyer. The survey completed is of a really high standard and has been really informative and helpful and was with us three days after the survey was completed. Would highly recommend for future home buyers!!!

Very detailed report - clearly explained - highlighted some issues with electrics and gas. I spoke to the surveyor who took the time to explain everything. Will probably save us a couple of thousand pounds on works we will have to have done!

Asked to be present during inspection, I live next door to the house I'm buying! No knock or courtesy call. Very standard service

The surveyor was straight out to the property the following day. He rang and informed me of his findings and that he would be writing the report in the next couple of days. It took a week before we had the report to hand. I still think they offer an excellent service and would definitely use them again.

Completely altered our views of what we (wrongly) thought would be a long, drawn-out process that costs a lot of money just to receive a document that you cannot make head-nor-tail of.......this could not be further from truth.

The whole process took less than a week - we booked and paid on a Thursday, had a surveyor assigned the following day along with confirmation that the report would be carried out the following Monday, and received the completed report 2 days after the survey was done.

The report is clear, informative and easy-to-read - it's highlighted areas that we are now ensuring are completed by the vendor prior to exchanging contracts, so it has saved us money from having to rectify problem areas ourselves.....money that can now be better spent on furnishings and decorating!

And to top it all off, they came in as the cheapest - we got 4 different quotes, 2 of which were from local estate agents, and they were cheaper by £100 - £200.

An excellent service - we would highly recommend them.

Did an online quote for the homebuyers survey and this came as cheaper than any other surveyor we had received quotes from. Ordered service on a Tuesday and received the report by Friday. I know the surveyor had contacted the agent on Wednesday for access. The report was carried out by a local chartered surveyor, the report was very detailed and just what we needed to reassure us and gave us points to question the vendor. Can't fault the service.
