I didn’t order enough tile for the job…
I didn’t order enough tile for the job so I had to order more. The second batch was slightly different. The copper pieces were shiny where the first shipment had a more dull finish on the copper. We didn’t notice until we already started the job so had to go with it. I’m hoping I can find someone to take the shine off the copper pieces.

I was looking to order 2 boxes of tile
I was looking to order 2 boxes of tile. I called and inquired about the tile. The rep I spoke to actually confirmed the quantity, and gave me the dye lot information. She told me that she placed a hold on three boxes for me and told me to place the order online. I proceeded to do so as soon as I was at my computer. The next day I received an email stating that the tile was back ordered. I am very disappointed and so is my client because now the bathroom shower will not be finished until late January!!!
