I ordered 7 boxes of tile and received 7 tiles!??
Called on Monday now Friday and still waiting for confirmation that the order was reshipped. Need to tile our bathroom and it takes forever to get orders from your company?

I was informed product was not available and was not given an option to wait for the product to be shipped at a later time. Order was canceled and was informed they don’t have product. I wish the website would show the status that the product was unavailable before accepting the order.
They have refunded all the amount paid. No issues here on that aspect.

I was looking for a specific floor tile from Daltile for a quick project. Website showed in stock, which I called to check on. Stock was confirmed which I promptly ordered via the website. Tracking details were timely and accurate and product arrive even a little early. Packaging was well done so all product arrived in perfect condition.

The tile were delivered very quickly. The tile have some of the tips broken off. The tile are a different color then the sample we were comparing and basing our order on. I plan on returning.

Tiles arrived quickly and were packaged very well.

They had the tile in stock that I was looking for and shipping it out immediately. I wish I would have ordered my tile from HomeDecor AZ before because they had a great price and were very fast to ship.

After finding out that my original tile choice was not available a week before work was to begin, I rushed out to select another choice. I found a new tile in a showroom however, delivery was 10 -14 days. I looked online and found this same tile on HomeDecor Az and after speaking with Cindy and getting her assurance that it was actually available and should only take a few days to ship, I placed my order online. Cindy handled my 'additional calls' to follow up very professionally and my tiles were delivered as expected. She followed up with me too to insure delivery date. They were packed perfectly and are being installed right now. Thank you!
