I used to have a PRO plan with extra features. It was pretty fine, although not spectacular in the end. After a couple of months, my credit card has expired, so my pro plan has revoked. Problem? Without the paid plan I cannot access the generated images I did when I had this plan active. This is a scumbag. Additionally, a free plan gives you zero options to generate anything.

My refund has now been issued and received. Much appreciated, thank you.
I’ve increased my rating from 1 star to 3 stars due to this resolution and the fact the company is working to solve their description of services. I wish them success.
I purchased the PRO Plan as it was described to be what I needed for my projects. It wasn't! I was prompted to purchase the PREMIMUM plan in order to create and SAVE the changes to the room layouts I was creating. The quality was terrible!
I immediately contacted the owners to request a refund of the fees for both plans as the software does not work as described. That was in February of 2025. This is now June of 2025 and I still have not received my refunds.
Stay away from this software.

The tool is interesting
The tool is interesting, has a great UI, but the prompts i have used normally don't work as expected.
For example i was trying to fill in the front of the house view a simple garden with a few trees in the garden and i have tried dozens of times without any positive result.
Another test i did was in the backyard of the house i wanted to had a swimming pool in the middle of the garden in an horizontal position and it also failed.
So i believe to be a good tool with a lot of potential, but the prompt that will assist to define what the user wants to accomplish its still too far away of the desired results.

One of the worst experiences
One of the worst experiences, cost me $200. Highest upgrade will get you nowhere. You download the picture, choose the style, choose the area, tell what to do, yet is still does whatever it wants. Changes the style of the houses around, floor, adds mountains, thinks the room is incredibly huge, adds additional second toilet in the middle of the bathroom, changes the houses next door instead of adding cypress between the houses, covers the driveway in grass. This is a training devise for something else at your expense. Tried to talk to the customer service - no one showed up twice. Tried to email - useless advises. Attended webinar - sell sell sell, no help again. I want my money back but it is too late. So go ahead, buy it, suckers. Be like me.

I am not an interior designer and I wouldn't call myself very competent in digital design. In spite of that, I purchased a subscription so I could dream up some ideas for my new house. Even though I had subscribed to a pro membership with an upgrade I found that I was very limited with design options. All of the things I really wanted to play around with required a business account. When I cancelled my subscription, I was contacted by customer service and they were very responsive to my concerns. They gave me upgraded access to the business capabilities for the remainder of my subscription period. This level of responsiveness in customer service shows me the value of offering feedback. Especially with AI services, this feels important.

Design Dreams Turned into Refund Headaches
I signed up for the yearly plan at $197 after watching their polished webinar, which promised a risk-free 30-day money-back guarantee. That guarantee turned out to be more of a headache than a safety net. I had to reach out twice to get my refund processed, and even then, they only refunded $185—not the full amount, despite using the app for less than a week. The reason? I created 110 designs, which they considered excessive (apparently the limit is 100), even though I was just genuinely trying to give the app a fair shot.
The app itself isn’t terrible, but it’s far from what was advertised. Even on the lowest AI settings, it kept altering room layouts, walls, and windows that I specifically wanted to keep. I tested dozens of designs, but most looked off—too fake. Only a small handful actually felt usable.
Also, the webinar is extremely misleading. It’s a prerecorded session pretending to be live, complete with fake chat interaction and the exact same “chat winners” every time. I watched it twice just to confirm. That kind of marketing leaves a bad taste.
In short: not worth the money, not worth the time, and definitely not the experience they promised. I’ve since come across what might be a competitor—Remodel.ai—which costs only $49 for a full year, is much faster, offers unlimited designs, and doesn’t rely on gimmicky webinars.

It’s rubbish. 1st 5 min it just makes you upgrade and once I did, it wanted to upgrade more. Results didn’t look anything like my space or photos uploaded.
It seems to use stock images and suggestions aren’t based on the pic.
