I placed an order on the 14th April. The money has been taken from my account but I've had absolutely no correspondance as to when I will get my order. I can't get hold of anyone by WhatsApp, Email, Text or phone. Absolutely terrrible customer service. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.
Item hasn't been delivered and company are ignoring my attempts to contact them.
No reason why I got a refund and my shopping was cancelled. Disappointed
Haven't received the order yet but HFS were quick and efficient at answering my queries - and there was many of them given I was feeling rather unsure about the purchase given I did not know the brand/shop prior to going ahead.

I was a bit skeptical about this company as the prices were a lot cheaper than competitors, and they are not obtainable by phone line. However I managed to communicate via WhatsApp and they provided me with tracking details. I would recommend using Homefurniturestop if you love saving money and a good service
