I wrote one back in October and nothing was done about it so I am reposting it.

"I am editing my review due to some recent circumstances. First of all my original 5 star review, I felt pressured to write it with the project manager Hunter hovering over me. Next, the communication was poor. I had to keep reaching out to figure out what was the next step for my roof and gutters. Lastly, I ended up finding a couple dozen nails in my yard, and then after my wife had stepped on a nail, they came to do another sweep and found 3 dozen more. Highly unacceptable. I would never use this company again or refer them to anyone."

6 months later a corner of my gutter is leaking.

I got ripped off. I am paying wayyyy too much for this.

Went onto there website. Requested a quote. Someone called and set up the appointment. The next day someone called and repeated everything the person before went over. After getting off the phone, I got a text message saying my appointment was canceled. I called the business and a man answered stating there was nobody to come give me a quote in the area. Didn't make sense because I had already made the appointment. He was for one, unprofessional about it, didnt care if they lost a customer or not. Which they did. Won't be in contact with them anymore.

Happy with our new siding. The crew worked hard and arrived early and stayed late. They were attentive to our dogs needs to use the back yard. They were very nice workers and did a great job cleaning up. We would recommend them to others

WORST COMPANY we have ever dealt with for exterior siding project ! We have been dealing with them since January with multiple promises of calls, dates and times of no shows and nothing promised worked on. Just ONE example of this is that we have four garage windows that were incased and caulked SHUT that we are unable to use anymore.
The sales staff is nice until things don’t go correctly, then they will never contact you back as promised. You can not speak to anyone in the office directly, as all calls, no matter the location you phone, goes to a call center.
UPDATE: After this review we were contacted and after several months we had our concerns taken care of. Apparently the delay was due to an employees slackness and after his leaving, this was handled the very next day!

Happy with new seemless gutters installed by home genius the crew worked very hard and had it done in one day. Quality installation, professional workers, and good communication by the entire team at home genius. Highly recommend

I had a wonderful experience. They were very informative and educational. The roofers were very timely and totally professional.

The crew was on time, put a new roof over our head, cleaned up. One days worth of work for the roof and about 3 hours for the gutters. Taylor arrived the day after the gutters were finished and made sure we were completely satisfied. Wonderful experience for a decent price. Grade A+

Great work. Very clean. We had one issue during the job regarding a misunderstanding of the scope of work but it was remedied immediately and everything went great.

Happy with our new roof. Crew worked very hard and only breaker briefly for lunch. Happy with the quality of install and will have them back to quote two windows in the future

The siding looks amazing and was put up with care and efficiently. The crew and Project manager were amazing. I highly recommend Home Genius

Overall great customer service from the beginning to the end . Shout out to Brayden and Trae, they were awesome at the initial appt and thanks to the two young men who completed the sliding job , they did a good job. AJ thank you also for keeping in touch and clarifying things for me.

Signed up for blown in insulation. Reasonable price and timeline. Project Manager John Moore was here to help with delivery and installation of Corning product. I live in a R49 area so the 17in of blown in material was sufficient to take care of my needs. My total job was for 1000sq ft. The whole process took about 2.5-3hrs. Very happy with delivery and application of product.

I got my roof installed. Crew was very nice and let us know what was happening every step of the way. Was very good on pricing.

Don't hire Home Genius to do your roof and siding. First, the employees don't speak English, play loud music, and even show up wearing pajamas. The professionalism was the least of their issues. They damaged many things on my property and proceeded to claim it was not their fault. This included tearing 7 of the 9 screens, ripping the hot tub cover, breaking the garage window, getting a nail in our tire, and breaking an outside light. Just to name a few. I even had to buy a magnet roller to clean our yard and driveway. Despite all this, the roof is not complete, and the siding is crooked. They said they got the siding ''straight as they could'' after readjusting multiple times. They also did not hammer in all the nails on the roof. The cherry on top was the bill, which was much higher than the agreed-upon price. I wish I could go back in time and save myself the heartache.

They came out to do estimate for replacing the vinyl siding on my home. They looked over my home did all the measurements and sat down to do the estimate. Went over all the options and picked out my color. Then they give me an estimate of 10845.00 dollars and got ready to sign all the documents. Then the salesman called her supervisor

Excellent experience with Andrew and the rest of the crew at HGE! From the initial, no-pressure estimate to the final inspection, they were a pleasure to work with. The crew was very neat, clean, and organized, tidying up the entire site at the end of each day. They even went above and beyond to make sure no nails or debris were left in the grass. My new seamless gutters look great and the siding installation was top-notch. Quality work at a fair price! 5 STARS!!!
