Waste of time customer service
Item was delivered to wrong home, emailed about it, they basically didn’t care as I did not get a single bit of help, and all they said was, delivery driver said it was delivered to the correct address. Bullshit company.

Very Impressed
Great range of wallpapers available and good offers too. Ordering process was easy, and communication on my order was excellent with quick delivery too.
One of the rolls of wallpaper I received has a fault in the pattern - so contacted Home Image Direct with images of the fault - they replied quickly and are arranging a replacement roll.

The wallpaper quality is excellent. One of the rolls had a minor fault, but the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. A replacement was dispatched promptly, and the seller was incredibly accommodating, happy to arrange collection of the faulty roll at my convenience, even after the decorating is finished. Their trusting approach and responsive customer service made the whole process stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.
