I had other programs that I invested in, and no one likes Home Invest to be and do more! They believe profoundly in God and are honest, lawful, and sincere in their efforts to help as much as possible. I've been with them for less than a month, and I already learned so much that I feel more knowledgeable than ever.

Just joined the team recently for education & training. No prior experience in real estate. Loved Chris & Nate’s energy and I believe many will resonate with their life philosophy and principles as well (giving back, philanthropy) - one of the reasons I chose to join. Twice weekly calls, monthly insider days, weekly mindset call, and a private telegram group are among the benefits I’ve experienced myself. And there’s a whole host of others & also multiple trainings that I have yet to immerse myself in. Truly like drinking from a fire hose!

Wonderful experince on Insider's Day with Nate and Chris!!

I recently attended an Insider's Day Zoom meeting with Nate and Chris at Home Invest. During the meeting, they spent a generous amount of time focused on my business and how to remove the road blocks I am facing. I also received detailed advice on how I can continue to move forward. Exactly what I needed! The session gave me clarity, helping me stay focused and on track with my long-term goals. Total scam. Took my money and didn’t help me like they promised to the weekly zoom calls were always dominated by one or two people who would take up the whole time frame so no one else got a question in or got any help at the end of the program they just kick you out “Thanks for the money” Except they don’t even say thanks. There are much better programs out there that give you much better support. They are cheaper and they don’t kick you out at the end of a few months.

They are not what say they are. I paid $10k to be part of this group. They had a training module that at the end of your 6 months of have this useless pile of out of date information, that they don’t use themselves anymore. It’s not yours to keep. The weekly meetings consist of hypothetical scenarios on buying real estate or wholesaling the properties. You would think that paying $10k they would hold your hand through one deal. Or even show you how they are doing their own deals. No, you tell you about past ones or ones they are working on themselves.

They then tell you during the training/ weekly meetings that if you give them a good google review they will give you a bonus tips/garage. But, when you see previous weekly meetings they cut that part out of the video. I know this first hand. I was part of one and went back to watch it and that parts was edited out. Scam!!!’
Then when Nate Armstrong is going to be on the call, nope he’s busy somewhere else. They also make it so you can never get your money back. Never…..even if you’re not happy with the garbage they call training. They are looking for people with money to invest in their big deals. Only then are you are giving access to real stuff. Stay clear of these people.

The education provided by Social Media Blueprint (SMB) delivers a return on investment in and of itself. The real estate (RE) investing education modules on their platform, monthly live teachings on a particular topic, and biweekly question & answer calls build a strong framework for one's knowledge base, to the novice as well as the seasoned investor. The group provides support and confidence to get out there and make deals. The plus, and the most important part, is you develop friendship and community with people on the same journey to serve others and create wealth through RE investing.

I have been a part of this program for a few months now, and I'm still blown away by the value it provides. The Insider Day calls are consistently top notch - another great one today! The material is highly relevant and just what I need at this stage of my business journey.

I really enjoy the information provided on "Insider Days". They provide nuggets of information that help propel my investing strategies. The new information I learned I can immediately implement.

My experience with SMB has been very good. I really learned a lot from them. They are very patient and really take their time to teach you the ins and outs of real estate investing.

I am new to the investment property space and there's a lot of details, which can be overwhelming. SMB breaks down each aspect of what goes into making these deals (types of deals, where to look for data, sourcing/fundraising, finding leads, who all you will be interacting with in the transaction, and the numbers you need to know/calculate before making the deal, just to name a few. They also have weekly calls where their seasoned investors answer questions and provide guidance on how to proceed in whatever stage in the process you're in. I highly recommend SMB for anyone wanting to build and hone their knowledge base to feel equipped to make the best real estate deals.

Just wow! Another amazing call packed with life and realestate knowledge. Chris still has me nit picking every thought crossing my brain.😆 Nate and Rodney did an excellent job breaking down the multi family processes. I’ve learned so much in a such a short time (1 year since I joined SMB). That is why it’s important to pay for speed. I have already 10x my investment in SMB with an equity gain. Thanks SMB team for doing what you do. I am really grateful for all of you!
