The availability to speak to someone on a weekly LIVE call holds tremendous value. They allow students to present specific properties, walking through the details, answering questions and offering advice. Analyzing individual deals with a proven formula promotes profitability, and decreases risk.

The 3 day summit provided some specific details with tax savings I did not know about in real estate (SARA). They went over how to acquire property through creative finance. Overall these guys are good people and are trying to help people have financial freedom.

I've attended a lot of webinars, and Nate and Steve were phenomenal! The information was given with clarity and concern. Steve would repeat things in a different way to be sure people understood how important it was. It allowed us to grasp it on a different level. And of course, I loved the stories and personal experiences that made us feel what they had gone through.

Both Nate and Steve are very knowledgeable and can communicate that knowledge in a way that is easy to understand. They willingly go over anything that you don’t understand as many times as it might take until you do understand. From the initial ad I saw with Nate, I felt something from his demeanor and his voice. He seemed to be an honest and earnest person and I do believe that that is true. Signing up for the 3-day course was NOT a mistake. I've taken many of these types of courses during the last year but this one felt different. Nate and Steve are hardworking gentlemen who clearly set out to overdeliver on their word and certainly did not disappoint. They poured TONS of knowledge into this seminar (And I already knew a few things, but they doubled that)! You'd be doing yourself a disservice to be interested in getting into real estate and didn't sign up for Nate's next seminar. It'll put you on the right track!

Overall the program is great for interacting with the investors on a more intimate level. The weekly meetings allow for each level of investor to touch base and get immediate feedback!

The leadership is very easy to listen to and the course is great.

The course contains a wealth of information. The only thing I gripe about is there's no search engine to go directly to what you are looking for in the course materials.

If you have any questions or deals you need help with you can review them on weekly calls or post them in the private Facebook group. Leadership highly cheers you on and loves to hear your wins. They have all the spreadsheets you need to evaluate your deals. If needed, they have a private money lender program to help fund your deals.

I had the pleasure of meeting a lot of people in the program and alumni when I attended one of the live conferences in Miami, FL. It was very educational and a lot of fun. It leaves you with a real feel-good factor.

I highly recommend this course to people looking to get their feet wet in real estate. This course has more than met my expectations.
