Another great driver called arron...excellent taxi service so far...

The vase I ordered was out of stock and David contacted me to advise me the supplier wasn’t getting anymore and so offered me a refund which was processed immediately. Very trustworthy and good service despite the order being out of stock.

Excellent experience. The media unit we bought is really well made. And at a very good price. They shipped the item within 2 days of purchase! Will buy from them again.

So, I gave them a scathing and wholly undeserved review, because as is my habit, I didn't read the info that went with the product. They, gave me a respectful and wholly undeserved, courteous reply. With my tail between my legs, I removed my review and have since received my beautiful and perfect side table.

I ordered a table lamp for our lounge and it was delivered speedily, within the estimated window. The lamp arrived well packaged and we are delighted with the product. It looks great!

The box it cane in smelt but the product is great quality

I received really great service from Home James. I purchased 2 bedside tables and Home James were much better priced than other online retailers for the same item. I also emailed them directly for some info and David who I dealt with was super helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I ordered an item that wouldnt be available until December 2022, my error, and asked Home James for a immediate refund. They were amazing and my refund was back into my bank account within 3 days. Great service.

I had a few issues with the website when ordering but after speaking direct to Home James, all my queries were resolved quickly & professionally.

Very disappointed with this store. Over the space of 2 weeks since purchase our square design 2 draw bedside table, diamond design media unit and slab design 1 draw media unit have drastically changed in appearance.

Small holes that we initially suspected were woodworm have appeared all over the front of these items. We had a timber specialist in who confirmed it was not woodworm, but the filler in the wood being exposed.

These furniture items no longer look like what we purchased.

Home James have done nothing to take responsibility or rectify the issue despite us communicating amicably over a number of days to try and solve the issue.

Really happy with my Nordic console table. Came well packaged, great delivery with two hour time slot and driver called to let me know he would be running slightly late. The table is just what I needed for my kitchen and to place our new Frame Tv on.

Would highly recommend Home James for both product and customer service.

I ordered 2 chest of drawers. I contacted them prior to ordering and they responded straight away. We had trouble with the delivery but this was down to DHL and not Home James. They were immediately helpful in resolving the problem.

The chest of drawers are beautiful (hand carved details) and am so pleased with the quality. Perfect size for alternative to bedside cabinets - height and width (we needed higher than a bedside cabinet for our bed). The smaller width makes it less bulky. Would not hesitate to recommend them or make future purchases.

I ordered a coffee table which arrived quickly. Really impressed with the quality and how easy the order process was. Would use again.
