From start to finish, I was kept informed throughout the whole process and have been well supported by my case handler Sarah, who is outstanding in her communication, very knowledgable, with the ability to empathise in showing great attention to detail, and was very efficient. Thank you Sarah, for making it a smooth process in the repatriation of my mother and in taking off the pressure, keeping in great rapport along the way in providing an excellent service in making it happen with ease.

At such a difficult time they took the burden off of my shoulders and helped in this difficult situation. They gave very helpful impartial advice which I was able to think about and decided to use their services.
