Nice lamp with unique design. Good and responsive customer service in case of problems.
Good bang for the buck.

I recently purchased the zoo lamp, and while the initial shipment had some parts mixed up, I was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service. As soon as I reached out, they responded promptly and resolved the issue without any hassle. They resent the correct parts, which arrived in just a couple of days, and the lamp is now perfect! The quality of the product is great, and the team’s dedication to making things right exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend both the lamp and the company!

my experience was very good - the two (different articles) lamps are great! As shown at the online store, they were in real. I like them very much - and they came very fast delivered.

The return policy is very intransparent. You are not provided with the return address right away but bargained into buying the product, even if you don't like it.

Even if you order from NL, you are forced to send it to China to return it!

The customer service is really intransparent and you are required to pay for restocking fees additionally to your return fee.

I bought a very nice "tulip" lamp. The quality is very good, it do not looks cheap at all. It arrived in 1 week at home. Really nice and responsive customer support. I needed a longer cable for my lamp which was sent with no aditional cost.

We received 2 beautiful homelights and we are super happy with them. Even though we had some problems installing them, I contacted customer support and even though the answers are sometimes long, they provided us with excellent support: they sent us parts and took the time to give us good explanations and photos to help us assemble the lamp.

Customer Service is very fast in replying and I am happy with my lamp. What I have noticed and what was also already mentioned in previous comments, is that the product you receive is not exactly the same as the product picture, which is usually a cut-out of a product picture from e.g. IKEA. However, the lamp works as promised and looks fine

Cheap knock-offs of genuine design icons that are still protected by copyright, using product photos from the original (legitimate) sites. Yes, they don't use the trade names (they're that smart) but it's still counterfeit.

The lamps arrived very well packaged. The company was very responsive to queries and offered a very good and fast service. The lamps are very beautiful and modern.

I ordered a Foscarini Greg applique (an original one, or at least this is what I thought) but I received a counterfeit, and also a very bad quality one

BETRUG. Ich habe eine Lampe bestellt, die leider kaputt war. Der Customer Service wollte mir den Schaden als Ergebnis des Produktionsprozesses verkaufen und bat mich darum, die Lampe zu behalten. Nachdem ich auf den Rückversand beharrte, entpuppte sich die vermeintlich niederländische Firma als chinesisches Unternehmen. Ich würde hier auf keinen Fall etwas kaufen, da der Rückversand nahezu unmöglich ist. Sie baten mich, die Lampe an Freunde zu verkaufen?! Nach langem Hin und Her habe ich die kaputte Lampe für 29€ anstelle von 79€ behalten dürfen. Unterm Strich ist es ein Billigprodukt, was unter täuschendem Gewand zum teuren Preis an den Kunden gebracht wird.

FRAUD. I ordered a lamp that was unfortunately broken. Customer Service tried to sell me the damage as a result of the production process and asked me to keep the lamp. After I insisted on the return shipment, the supposedly Dutch company turned out to be a Chinese company. I wouldn't buy anything from them under any circumstances, as return shipping is almost impossible. They asked me to sell the lamp to friends?! After a long back and forth, I was allowed to keep the broken lamp for €29 instead of €79. The bottom line is that it is a cheap product that is sold to the customer under a deceptive guise at an expensive price.

We ordered several lights from Homelights, and all of them are of really high quality and look great! Besides, the customer service is excellent. One of the lights arrived broken, and Homelights immediately offered replacement. Also, with the ordering process we always were kept up-to-date with shipping information. 5 star service, 5 star lights!
