5 stars! I recently purchased a product from HomeLights, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, their website was easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were clear and detailed, which made it simple to choose exactly what I needed. One thing that really stood out was their customer service. I had a question about the dimmable bulbs, and they informed me that those bulbs were actually not included with the product I ordered. However, they went the extra mile and still provided them for me free of charge. That kind of thoughtful service is rare and really appreciated.

Both of our lamps broke pretty fast due to a fabricational mistake. They answered quickly on our complaints and are willing to send us new lamps for free. The costumer service is pretty good so far.

Read the reviews and still decide to take the risk. Had issues with delivery and first package was lost. The whole process took forever and eventually they did send a second one. (3 months between order and delivery). The lamp is a cheap knock off. You can see the quality is not there. Would I buy again? Probably not.

Decided to order from this website as it was European, but products were shipped straight from China.

Received a lamp that did not work, with parts of the lightbulb rattling inside, and after providing them with numerous pictures, they suggested I fix the lamp myself by ripping on the backing off (which was impossible to do, as it was glued on to the whole back of the product) and receive a 5-10% discount. They did not seem to know what kind of product it was that they had shipped, since they suggested work-arounds despite the website clearly stating that you could not remove the lightbulb etc.

Would not purchase from them again! Beware as the products are not necessarily cheap either.

Incredible nice people. I had a request for a small replacement and it was sent without a problem. Any time again. Lamp is better that I could have hoped and better than the expensive equivalent.

This shop is scam, I ordered a luster of 800 eur and the 15 lights that were on the manual were not delivered. I sent 3 e-mails to complain but no reaction whatsoever … you can not contact them via phone.

The antique products were not found on other website

Bullied by customer service. Ordered a product 10 months ago, not a good experience. Was eventually resolved and refunded, but I continued to receive emails from customer service to alter the review, which they considered bad for business. Now after 10 months I receive a request for more personal information, name, phone number to they can better understand my initial complaint. Failure to do so may result in my review being flagged as not based on a real experience. Needless to say this is not going to happen, for fear they'll start pestering me on the phone as well. This company does not understand the concept of customer service!

Avoid this site – Total scam!

I ordered three lamps, and they arrived scratched. I sent them pictures of the damage.

First, I paid for express delivery, but of course, after five days, I still had no lamps despite paying €30 for shipping. When they finally arrived, all three were scratched.

I sent them photos of all the lamps, but they refused to give me a refund. Instead, they offered me a ridiculous 10–20% discount and suggested I give the damaged lamps to a friend. These lamps are visibly scratched and completely unusable.

When I asked to return them at their expense, they provided me with a Chinese return address—even though I purchased them from a .nl website, which should be European. They refuse to cover the return shipping costs.

Avoid this site at all costs—it’s a complete scam!

I ordered a beautiful 120 cm Vertigo lamp from homelights.nl and chose express shipping. Unfortunately, the lamp didn’t arrive. Even before I reached out to customer support, they contacted me first to inform me that the status of my order hadn’t changed. They even provided me with the DHL contact details and tracking number so I could follow up directly. After multiple calls with DHL and regular communication with the support team, we figured out why the lamp was misrouted. They immediately sent me a second lamp with the correct details, and this time it arrived right away. The customer service was incredibly friendly and competent, and I always felt well taken care of. Now that my lamp has finally arrived, I’m extremely happy with its quality. For the price, there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. I will definitely order from them again and highly recommend homelights.nl.

I didn't received one of the lamps I purchased. The customer service was impecable and quick to resend a new lamp fast. I was treated with respect and care. Amazing customer service and products.

This company has disgusting employees who have been pestering me calling me and then hanging up they will not answer the reason they called just kept pestering me on do I want to sell my house All the representatives were awful and I would not recommend them to anyone

We bought two lambs for our dining table. Delivery was very fast. Unfortunately one of them was crooked but it was completely replaced without any extra costs.
