Great customer service

Great order process, competitively priced products and great customer service.

I was called to thank me for my order and to let me know that my order had been processed and dispatched.

Trustworthy, responsive & high quality

Had a few orders with this company my first order a few months ago was delayed supply because of Brexit however this company kept me up to date without me having to chase, it did take about 2 plus month to get my order but it did eventually come and I don’t think the company were to blame as I had the same with 3 other companies at this time. I ordered more this week and it arrived within in 2 days of ordering.

We ordered 2 Rondo Opal lights at first to see what they were like. Quality and finish of the product is excellent so we ordered more. Very good website and lovely products.

Recommend by a family member who had also received lovely products with speedy delivery.

Items never received

I ordered two items about a month ago. Customer services was quite responsive up until the date I was supposed to receive the items.

I have not heard from them since then despite contacting them on two occasions to tell them that the parcel was never received.

'conveniently' their phone line does not work due to the pandemic so I am left with having to send emails that may never get answered.

So much for trying to avoid using amazon - I would definitely not recommend using them unless you want to throw your money out of the window!

I was sent the WRONG item

I was sent the WRONG item.

I emailed sales and a man called mark was rude, unhelpful and still has not rectified this issue.

Awful company, terrible customer service!

I still don’t understand HOW you can send completely the wrong order.

Communication needs some polish

Placed an order last week of over £200, was shown as confirmed, had to email twice for an update before it was shipped. Told it had shipped on the Friday, though it actually didn't ship till the monday - i checked this with dhl customer services and the delivery driver as it had an 24hr overnight sticker on it, tracking showed it as collected from vendor at 11.30am and arrived on the Tuesday so inline with what dhl customer services and also the delivery driver told me. Product on the whole is pretty decent, and they did arrive in a reasonable amount of time, communication needs work though via email and via the "shop" app the website uses. Pretty happy with my purchase on the whole

Mark you are so rude

I am absolutely appalled by the service I have been receiving from a chap called Mark sending me lies that the item I ordered 3 months ago, is now available (e-mail sent 16th Feb, after my order was back in November 2020!!!). He claims it would be available before Friday 19th Feb and still I am waiting for my item.

He was rude and stated I should have asked for a refund in the beginning, when I wasn’t in a position or didn’t have the insight that I would be waiting over 3 months for an item advertised as being in stock.

Surely as a company, you shouldn’t advertise items for sale, taking peoples hard earned money in this current climate and then lie about when the item will be delivered.

I will never buy from this company again and my advice to anyone is to ring up the company first, before placing any online orders.

We are a couple who work hard for our money and a little common courtesy would have been pleasant.

This company is a joke

Placed an order more than a week ago now. All items showed in stock. Still no communication whatsoever even though I enquired through different channels. Your price might be competitive but your customer service surely isn't. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We ordered our lights on the Wednesday evening and they were with us by Saturday morning.
Super fast delivery, fantastic price! Just what we were expecting! 💯 recommend :)
