Was looking to buy a motorised blind…

Was looking to buy a motorised blind off their website but dimensions for said blinds were not given and we were asked to submit our required dimensions to them. Was willing to do that but there was no where where that could be done so I contacted them and wanted to clarify before paying online. Customers service was hopeless and gave the following reply..

"Kindly check the product page on our website for the item you are interested in. If customisation options are available, you will be able to enter the required dimensions before completing the order.

If there is no customisation option shown on the product page, it means the seller does not offer customisation for that product."

Once again, no dimensions given in the ad AT ALL! Must be a bad AI help agent...

Delays and product issues but follow up was good and was appreciated.

Xmas present for my son when I purchased was advertised as 23rd Dec but arrived 20th Jan. The Candy Maker which I bought from the .sg website was US only which was a surprise for a singapore website and this was not mentioned on the description. I therefore had to pay an additional $170 for a step down transformer which took another 2 weeks to arrive. Whilst dissapointed with the delays and extra costs, the follow up was really good and they helped compensate for some of the additional costs. Last contact didnt end that well however, with additional reduction offfered which was not followed through with, I think this was a mistake/confusion on their end so no malintent. I do think they are trying to do the right thing and want to resolve issues.

Deserving of zero stars

If i could give zero stars, i would. But the option doesn’t allow it. Worst company ever. Totally regret ordering from them. I ordered a mattress on 12 Oct 2025 & the mattress only arrived on 23 Nov 2025 after chasing them repeatedly via emails. Response was delayed & their customer service kept giving the same old excuses, that the mattress will arrive the following week. I was so tired of waiting i bought my own mattress. I kept asking for refund but they were so persistent by saying that the mattress will be delayed the following week & offered me a voucher (as if i’ll be stupid enough to order from them again) In the end, they refunded me with a 10% discount. I can show you email screenshots if proof is required. Caused me alot of mental stress. By far, the worst company i have dealt with!

Great Value for Stylish Home Essentials

Sanjna and Sophie were very responsive and prompt in my queries. They were very understanding of my plight. Their reassurance helped to alleviate the frustrations and challenges I faced with my purchase.

Overall, the company carries a good selection of reputable brands. It’s a pity there is no local after sales team in Singapore but their prompt response helped to a certain extent to address issues.

SERVICE RECOVERY FROM HOMELOFT SINGAPORE

I’m writing this review on a fair and non-bias basis.

With my first review of HomeLoft Singapore on TrustPilot dated 22nd December 2024 sharing the unpleasant experience after receiving a totally damaged crockpot from the seller, here I will like to share on the service recovery process by the company.

A total of 25 email messages between HomeLoft representative, Ms Vidisha, and myself from 23rd December 2024 till 16th January 2025. Throughout the 3 weeks, Ms Vidisha is patient and reassuring; taking time and effort in ensuring that the issue will be resolved amicably. The process was smooth and stress free. It was a pleasant experience which is beyond my expectation.

Great experience.

SUPER LOUSY SERVICE

SUPER LOUSY SERVICE! ITEM NOT SENT!!! Please don't purchase with them. I have purchased item since Dec 2024 and still yet to receive until now!!! Where i suppose to get it latest by the end of Dec2024 or first week of Jan2025 as stated before i purchase. They are truly liar! Until i called their hotline and they told me the item only will ship out mid of Jan2025, and it caused me complaints from client. If you don't want to break your reputation then dont buy from this irresponsible shop.

Cracked Mirror

Homeloft has many nice products. If they can improve on their packaging, it will be great.
The packaging is not good as the item that I had bought did not arrive safely. It was cracked upon opening the package. So I am waiting for your response if you will be sending me another mirror.
Pls look into it urgently as this is for my new home. Thank you.
