I ordered the item on 17 Sep 2024. Received notification from DHL that tracking ref has been generated on 30 Sep 2024. Until now, it still shows status quo as per 30 Sep 2024. Feedback to homeloft and they will check. Just received message from DHL on 14 Oct 2024 that they have yet to receive the item from shipper. Total disappointment. Very poor delivery service.

Very poor customer service
I need to post another review. I ordered 2 items, 1 need to return and the other has disappeared with the dispatcher, stuck for 12 days in local delivery. The service takes no action and gives excuses saying delivered in 3 days, next time it’s 7 days and so on. Their customer service seems outsourced and is the poorest I have ever experienced.

Good online site for home items
Lucky to chance upon this site, it so happened to have a product i was looking for n product details in the listing were clear n useful. I ordered on 25 August, item delivered around 13 September

Bought a cuckoo clock that cost $400 over SGD dollars in December 2022, meant to be A christmas gift.
Received the item but was really disppointed how a online merchant can pack a fragile item without bubblewrapping the wooden item. it is really a fragile cuckoo clock, in a fitting box with a few pieces of brown paper. You expect it wont break from USA to SINGAPORE?
Ok, you offered a maybe partial 25% refund if the item is still useable. But i cannot give as christmas gift. and i do not like such clocks.
So you offered exchange. I need to send item back to USA, which cost me more than sgd 100, and you nice to offer only $40 plus .
After much much much consideration, I gave up and ask for partial refund. Thanks for the $100 over refund.
I paid $300 over for a broken clock.
Ask my helper to glue it back, and ask her handcarry it back if she wants to use. If not, it will be a white elephant in my storeroom.
Good reminder for me to learn because it has been very long since i experienced such bad online purchases!

This is a fake site. Don't make any purchases from them.
If you have made a purchase, call your bank immediately to initiate a chargeback. Otherwise, these guys will stall you with customer service emails saying they will issue a refund (when they aren't) until the chargeback period is over. That's how I got my money back.
