I had groin pain for around 3/4 months, I researched and met Harry. I can’t speak highly of his expertise. Harry explained the issue had and injected the correct area. He then provided me with an exercise plan. This shows it was not all about just using an injection to get rid of the pain but actual provide advice of further prevention of the injury. 6 weeks later I saw Harry for a check up and I am much stronger and training. Harry is always available on email or text if I had an issues or questions providing after care service.

I highly recommend Harry for any pain you may have.

Harry gave me a very successful Cortisone injection in the foot. It has been a great help. I have used him before and I will use him again.

Thank you 🙏 so much for coming and helping me with my agonising frozen shoulder! Harry was very helpful on the phone and organised Areej to get in touch with me as soon as she could. Areej managed to come to me the same evening! She was highly professional and with the help of ultrasound quickly found the issues in my shoulder and injected in the right place. It was a a bit painful but then quite quickly pain has gone and in a few seconds it was all over. Immediately after the injection pain started to reduce. Areej explained that it will take about 3-4 weeks and Harry kindly send a leaflet with the exercises. So grateful for these wonderful professionals and the amazing service they provided! I wish I knew about them earlier and would not suffer several months in agony unable to sleep and fainting from pain. I definitely highly recommend them! Top service! Very reasonable prices! I was recently in agony and desperate to get an appalling pain in my back/shoulder diagnosed and sorted pain-wise. Harry Kardamilas responded by arriving at my home, less than 2 hours after my Sunday morning call, along with the 'kit' to guide and deliver a steroid injection, which has worked lijke a dream! Harry was careful, patient and very respectful. I can't speak highly enough about him and his service!

I recently experienced severe shoulder pain ( impingement) which extended into the arm. After trying many topical creams, heating pads etc which didn’t work , I opted to have a guided steroid injection into my shoulder. Harry discussed the treatment with me prior to the session. Areej was the clinician that administered the injection. It was all done with such care at my home . I was very impressed with the professionalism displayed by both Harry and Areej. The treatment itself was really successful within a few days. I had immense relief and although I still get slight pain which is more due to consistent working at a computer, it’s nothing compared to my experience prior to the treatment where the quality of my life has been affected. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone seeking treatment.

After being involved in a car accident I sustained a badly broken leg and foot. When Jaide first came to see me I could only hobble around using a gutter frame. In 3 months she has worked tirelessly with me building my strength and confidence to walk again unaided. I would highly recommend Jaide, she is very approachable, friendly and above all very patient. I feel that she came as a physiotherapist and left as a friend.

Despite the Covid restrictions, Homephysio 247 have provided an excellent physio service to my client in her own home.
My client had severe orthopaedic injuries and with Jaide's help she is progressing well and regaining her mobility and independence.

I have had 2 sessions with Jaide now, and I can highly recommend her. I have an exercise related injury to my thigh and groin area. Jaide has advised me with which vitamins to take as I also have joint problems, and she has shown me some resistance exercises.

Jaide was a very experienced physio. Assessed my dad thoroughly and provided appropriate exercises. Very flexible when we unfortunately had to change dates due to him being unwell. Would definitely recommend Jaide as a physio and Homephysio247.

From the time Homephysio247 and John Jackson entered our lives at this critical time, during the covid-19 pandemic, with our mum visiting from South Africa, whom is 86 and took a bad fall has been nothing short of outstanding.
John has an impeccable bed side manner with a wealth of knowledge and has achieved amazing results.

I can not recommend this service enough; John was professional, reassuring and provided me with all the information and an exercise plan I need to help my condition. I'm really impressed with these guys and gals! They really listen to you and know their stuff. Jaide has been wonderful. I had been in so much pain but I'm so much better now.
They might not be the cheapest around but they are the best. I have used others before who were cheaper but honestly, go with these people. They are a cut above the rest!

Homephysio 247 provide an excellent service. After dislocating my elbow practicing Jiu Jitsu, i needed extensive physiotherapy to strengthen and build the muscle around the joint of my elbow. Harry was extremely helpful and professional. He knew exactly what was needed and exactly what pace to push me. With his help and guidance i was able to get back to Jiu Jitsu training quicker then expected and the elbow is holding up nicely
